and kitchen了。原来的木地板是maple的。现在选涂poly不知道是选water based 还是
oil
based的。本来已经想好了 Bona Traffic, water based product, recommended by
the
contractor. However, I heard that oil based is more durable than water
base. If we use waster base, we need to recoat the hardwood floor after 2
or 3 years. Is it true? Please get me some suggestions. Thanks,

prefinished, includes that 凹槽. what if I want to sand it down and restain
. Kind of want a lighter color. clean may do the work if I just do a

外墙是stucco. So I asked that stucco typically has problems. and they said
the house's stucco "good stucco".
所以才向他们要以前的inspection report. 但是被拒绝了。想起来都是疑点。

vanilla trick, there were thieves that will scratch many cards and get
password, then recoat them and put them back to CVS racks(may be near end of
the month). Knowing many buyers at that time cannot load the card due to
the $5000 limit, they can load it first. |

的就是等胡师傅回来做个门槛子。
活比较小，一共用了三家。其实有些东西可以combine，但是我们第一次弄没经验，而
且时间紧，也没shopping around找什么deal。
大体算下来。
两个越南人recoat地板那活最简单，大概1100sqft的面积的木地板，推个机器buffer一
下，楼梯墙角手工弄了一下，然后刷一层coat，$500。三个小时就完事，这钱挣得轻松
。本来不想找他们的，没办法另一个价钱便宜点的越南人英语实在太滥，我们没时间也
没必要sand+三层coat，跟他无论如何也说不清楚。后来陈师傅来装地板的时候问了一
下，说如果给他们做可以便宜至少100块。
陈师傅带个人装木地板，大约220sqft(11盒地板省两块边角料)。从早晨9点半到晚上6
点半，$400。难度中等。原来的vinyl地板胶糊的比较多，揭起来费劲。房子三边是暖
气片，一边是trim，他们把trim拆下来，铺到墙边，然后又把trim订回去。
