豁免有时候是个运气活，在于大使馆/DOS/USCIS处理你case的人
当年我家LD的NOL最先到了DOS当天发出Recommadation，大部分人都一周以后才发，
结果到了USCIS我LD那批却是最晚批准的 |

但是都会比那个前了。。
6号这个VO很讨厌。。干事慢死了。。就连recommendation sent，还要和favorable
recommendation分开来update。还隔个周末。搞得我上周末过的都不踏实，也不知道还
赶不赶上周一USCIS发797c，如果赶不上，还得多等一周。。 |

系USCIS.

letter,已经过去18天了，没有收到任何回复。

板上逛了好久，老实说，MITBBS并不是一个很好的data base。经常看到引用好几百的
被rfe，被拒，也有引用几十的被approve，看来看去也不知道自己是强/中/弱case里面
的哪个档次。所以在准备材料的时候就一头雾水，板上常说的“深挖亮点”，但在实际
操作中显得非常的不实用，因为压根就不知道什么是“亮点”，也不知道自己要claim
的点会不会在judge眼里根本毫无分量。所以就决定找律师。毕竟律师手里的data
base比我大得多，什么话该说什么话不该说心里都有些掂量。
联系了6家吧，基本都给approve or refund，看到Cai律师的博士是化学背景的，跟我
最接近，毫无迟疑的选了他家。事实证明当初的选择也是正确的。Cai律师基于我

the trail were pretty good, none of the blacks were open. blue ones are
long, wide, and relatively chanllenging. all new boots for reantal, but
the lift tickets are ridiculously expensive. a lot of snowmaking on the
trail, face mask is highly recomended if you don't want to feel like you have
frostbite on your face. surface was hard and |
