如果是后面两个，估计argue也没有用，因为那里一大把的proposal.
在highly recom.里面，机会也不大，除非你跟pm比较熟。
你的rating 有一个G ，那基本机会不大。
我一个proposal highly recom.都被据，
主要原因是panel认为跟我拿的career有overlap,
其实根本没有，我还怕panel误会，特意在proposal里提了这点。
有时候据你没商量。
不过我支持你argue,至少让pm下次好好assign qualified reviewer.

We simply don't trust US gov, US media, expensive US product, and US charity
(since usually it is by the name of church). Number != efficiency.
Match is only recommented to US colleagues.
Sending money to China directly is the best way because at least we know and
see they are working on that now. Based on some China news, money and blood
donation are overwhelming now. But our love to our mother country is never
over. |

it is $1250 from DFW to PEK in late May and early June, but I will stop at
Tokyo for 2 days. A direct one would be $1033. About $400 cheaper than what

我想是因为成绩确实不很高，79,所以被他“严格”一下子就变得低得不成样子，2.43

The bank will use the following formula,
[mortgage upper limit] <= [pre-tax monthly income]*factor - [other
liability].
The factor is 28% for the most conservative lender, and 33% is commonly
accecpted by most banks, and of cource some agressive lender can push it

So your monthly affordability is largely decided by the current

我的背景比较弱，http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t0/Immigration/31734697.html 能被批准也是很幸运的，所以也鼓励后来者勇往直前。四月底递到TSC的，两个月没有一点动静，从网上查询的综合分析，就决定追加PP。其实也知道很有可能REF，没办法, 等待的煎熬实在难受。PP后果然一周内就收到REF了。只能认真准备REF了。我的REF很general，所有十条都要求REF，也在版上求帮助，得到了很多鼓励和帮助。七月初 after REF sent，I-140 approved
1.REF 的response letter 是用的老大的template, 就在老大的经典帖里。
