就１０８也能凑合，各位高人指点一下，给想想办法吧。贴一下大致的饮食和运动。
早餐：自制豆浆约２５０ml，不加糖。炒牛肉／猪肉约４００克。有时把肉换成豆腐，
或者是Ham加一个煎鸡蛋。有时吃半个红薯。
中餐：各种豆子粗粮什么做的米糊一小碗，大概３００克。或者自制酸奶一小碗，以上
都不加糖。
晚餐：盐加醋拌青菜，或者金针菇一小盘。
运动方面，每天中午的时候去椭圆机或者跑步机３０分钟，两迈。然后再做一下８mins
abs，拉伸，前后约一小时。周一到周五运动，周末就不运动了。最近两星期天气好了
，每天晚上和家人打篮球一个多小时，完了会再吃点水果，主要是甜瓜一类的.
在Yahoo上看了一种interval训练，说是１８分钟比跑步４０分钟减脂还多，照着跑了
一个来月，没感觉有啥太大区别，专家给看看靠谱吗,要不我就还改跑步得了：

先是莫名其妙得慢，非常慢，按一下鼠标，五秒钟后才有反应那种。ctr＋art＋del一
看，cpu 100％，很忙的样子。
只有recover了。刚开始用了backup＋recover那种，用了三个小时，装好后，依然慢。
cpu 依然100％，依然很忙。
第二次recover。这次不备份数据了，豁出去了。那种完全recover那种：我看系统自己
把c driver formatting了，然后从E盘倒出来了windows。这次也是用了三个小时。装
好后明显快了不少。鼠标按一下，只需要两三秒就有反应了。不小的进步啊。 但这个
速度还是受不了啊。
百思不得其解，既然c盘已经被格式化了，怎么会还有病毒了呢，难道是硬件问题？
晚上睡觉的时候，又忍不住照着第二次recover那样做了一次，结果依然没用。
请大家给诊断一下。谢谢。
