The key is that they need to be ready to address the

1. 据我考证的信息，招聘要在file perm之前的30-180天内进行，所以招聘过程还是有
效的。不知这个信息正确吗？
2. 我prevailing wage有效期到6/30，这个6/30指的是什么？需要在6/30之前file
perm吗？还是招聘活动要在6/30前完成？
3. 公司说收到四十几份简历，还没看完，有看到qualified的candidates，那就需要面
试。如果面试找不到理由拒绝，是不是招聘活动就要停止？
