面带一点点暗红
色的血，大便表面还有点胶冻状粘粘的；立刻停了母乳，只给奶粉。昨天开始血变成鲜
红色，也明显起
来。儿医说很有可能是anal fissure，让回来抹凡士林，继续混合喂。当天还打了第二
针Hep B。
昨晚给回母乳后，大便立刻变成绿色。然后连着三顿没见大便，以前基本是每喂一顿都
有一些的。正晚
上都超级fussy，也不知道是因为打了疫苗，还是肠胃不舒服。。。。
今早喝完一顿奶，拉了一点点，又看见鲜红色的血了，绿色倒是少了很多。
rectum出鲜红色血这能理解，但是一开始的暗红色是否从上消化道来。胶冻状的大便会
不会是胃肠道感
染呢？

家里小孩六周左右，便便比较困难，肚子胀气比较厉害，很多时候肚子很鼓，拉不出来
，比较痛苦
第一次看儿医的时候儿医用手指通了一下，说是rectum非常的紧，通的时候出了点血，
出来很多便便，当时去做了x光，好像感觉正常
因为母乳不够，一开始吃的similac，后来就改吃Alementum，好像有所改善，昨天又肚
子胀，不吃饭，去检查，不是宝宝的儿医，但是以前也见过，说是有点耳道感染，但是
同时又怀疑肠道有问题，建议做barium enema，以便排除Hirschprung's disease。本
来已经约好了周五做，我们又做了些研究，觉得不太可能有这个问题。
一方面看wiki上说有这个病症的孩子，基本上一开始48小时都没有meconium，基本都伴
有严重便秘。我家宝宝生下来第一天就有排便，一开始的排便都没有问题。虽然最近便
便不好，但是每次排出来的都很正常，没有丝毫的硬结。另外研究了一下barium enema
，感觉对小儿影响不小，所以倾向于不做。
有没有谁家的宝宝有过类似的情况，请分享经验。谢谢 |

push很久没有作用，或者她觉得自然撕裂的部位可能比较危险（比如rectum），那么她

了夜里越发严重，睡觉前喂第二次泰诺娃居然开始呕吐，床单上一片狼藉不说，LD身上
的呕吐物也是斑斑点点，外加老婆脸上泪眼婆娑---心疼娃遭罪啊。。。。呃，女人泪
点真低。。。。。
不喂退烧药也不行啊，下面接着尝试再喂，娃接着再吐。。。。只好物理降温了，冷毛
巾敷脑门，热了再换冷毛巾，娃一夜大闹，声嘶力竭，楼上邻居也遭罪了，估计吵得人
家也没睡好。夜里娃开始腹泻，基本上个把小时腹泻一次，没敢再喂formula, LD一夜都
是用母乳喂着，期望娃能睡一会儿。
凌晨开始高热，娃也更加烦躁，冷毛巾也不管用了，再喂泰诺？算了，我自己都心虚了
，不想折腾娃再呕吐。烧了这么长时间，担心娃脱水，我开车带娃直奔急诊处，想让医
生打个点滴啥的。护士过来量了体温，105度！！！监护仪显示每分钟心跳179次！！！
还以为要点滴呢，没想到还是要口服退烧药。护士拿来了异布洛芬，说这玩意儿比泰诺
厉害，退烧快。人家喂得很耐心，很慢，娃抗拒了几次，还是都吃了下去，然后就被剥
