Hi,
I have applied for the H1B VISA through MAX consultant in 2014, so far they
are keep saying me that it is under process and I have not get any document
or proof that it is under process. Spend more then 35K. When I contact them,
they keep telling me that employer is delaying the process.

still hope for case submitted on 23rd. One indian guy did get receipt for
Nov 23 case, but I guess USCIS may correct the mistake later.Otherwise we
all deserve a cap if we send application on 23rd.

狂投递的。

我觉得现在只能祈祷明天不要过早更新了 如果中午更新了不管还剩多少个名额到晚上

发帖数: 1493 | 31 看未名上一个华人律师说由于要调整不合格的申请对总数的影响，USCIS要收满约70,
000份之后才宣布cap已满。这样的话(希望)可以再多出2-3天时间。

than 20,000 H-1B petitions on behalf of persons exempt from the cap under
the advanced degree exemption. USCIS will reject petitions subject to the
cap for H-1B specialty occupation workers seeking an employment start date
in FY 2013 that are received after June 11, 2012.

Is it a dumb lottery process or is it smart enough to check which company
applied? Is it fair to not give let’s say 20 visas google applied and give
5000 visas to TCS. I believe there is some intelligence, there is some
criteria to distinguish us based companies from Indian based companies. I
really don’t know though. What do you guys think.

A person who has obtained a U.S. Master’s degree or higher qualifies for
this cap. A person who has obtained Associate or Bachelor’s degree from US
does NOT qualify for this cap. Similarly, a person who has obtained a
foreign (i.e. non-US) Master’s degree or higher also does NOT qualify for
this.

我看了数据，发现很难讲USCIS的Computer Day跟实际的Calendar Day对应上。
我在RedBus2US上看到有人Post：EAC1315251799是VSC最新的Receipt Number.如此说来
，Day152应该是5/3.
然而我到查到WAC1315050200这个幸运的家伙是5/3 才收到Receipt。这么说来Day 150
不可能早于5/3, 否则USCIS这么能输入说5/3号收到Receipt。那么Day 150应该等于5/3
. Plus, CSC没有Day 150以后的号了。
WAC Day126就看到有号出来了。
难道两个Center的Computer Day 不一样？ |

They said its not in the system. They confirmed that the receipts for all
applications selected has been sent out already. Also they said that there
is a small waitlist people for whom they have not yet sent out the receipts.
These receipts will be sent out by the 15th at the latest as there are
other rejections. So whatever receipts you find getting generated today
