老版本的Red Dawn我在电视上看过两次，感觉是一部三流电影，虽然有《人鬼情未了》
的男主角帅哥在
里面。它的关键问题是情节安排不合理。
这次我希望新版本的Red Dawn能够拍得好一些。它应该批判中共极权政权，而不是亚裔
人群。我建议电
影中多表现中共压制美国人的各种自由，中共网络特工用先进软件查找在网上发表反对
中共统治的美国
人，对其进行贴身跟踪，入室投毒，乃至电磁波辐射。它应该让游击队中加入几个漂亮
的亚裔女生，叫
Mei，Ling之类的中国名字，最好还加入一个笨手笨脚的亚裔男生，就叫Xiaxie好了，
让Xiaxie为了

16位。当时申请的时候没想太多，就直接选了一个。现在我觉得可能前者只能在target
用，后者因为有VISA标志，可以在其他店用？
我这种target red card不知道能不能bill pay?反正我自己不能预付钱进去，就是说付
款的时候不能超过outstanding balance。不过大多数信用卡好像都是这样，自己付不
行，别人bill pay就可以。不知道能不能bill pay到这种没visa标志的target red

case是找律师办的,当时有fax的RFE, 比这个正式的信多了一页, 标明了response要寄

所以就选定了Hastings 和 Red Wing 这两个地方
昨天先後去了这兩個位於密西西比河畔的明州古镇走走
兩處老街，一樣安靜
Hastings的古物店特別有意思
我們淘到一個品相很好的Coach Classic Basic Bag才30元，但據悉產自1974年的NYC
此外，密西西比河上的黑色鐵橋也很有代表性
到古镇的古物店淘东西一直是我的兴趣
记得上次在Stillwater淘到一本60年代的明州交规花了5元
里面的内容有趣极了，例如要求驾驶员注意避让牛只等等
不过，和Stillwater的古物店相比，Hastings的这几家感觉东西比较有经整理过
然后又到了Red Wing
这里的鞋子博物馆里头有只世界最大的鞋子
老街氛圍挺好，老火車站小巧精緻，老派餐廳風味絕佳也很有穿越感
在冬阳下散步甚是悠闲
我发现Hastings和Red Wing的古街区的吃的地方都不多
尤其是和Stillwater相比
返程選擇走威斯康辛州境內公路回Minneapolis
一樣是在大北方，但是所見風貌與明州略有不同，感觉牧业发达一些

标 题: ohio tickert, failed to yeild from red light

当时的情况是这样的，十字路口，遇到红灯，停下，右转弯。
看到左侧方向来车，以为有足够的时间make right turn， 没有想到左侧来车速度够快
，逼得人家转向，开向对方车道，差点发生事故，
不巧对条子看到，当场拿下，给了个ticket： failed to yield from red light....
当时有点吓晕了，以为是自己的错误，就接受了条子的说法，上路后看到旁边的限速是
45迈，有足够的理由相信那辆车的车速在60迈左右。
同条子理论的时候，以为他要给我一个no complete stop on red light 看到给了个
failed to yield..以为很轻的，后来仔细一想又觉得很冤枉，如果那个家伙开车在45
迈以内，绝对不会发生任何事情，决定上庭。
不知道如何说起，哪位兄弟帮忙

这张Ticket是今年(2009)1月在Newark某路口红灯右转未full stop被Red Light Camera
拍下后拿的. 收到通知后, 先付了bail, 然后通过written declaration方式为自己辩
护, 主要是说自己减速了, 而且当时情况完全不会给任何人造成危险...不久接到来信,
written declaration被驳回; 于是填写回函要求出庭再议. 出庭日被安排在12月. 出
庭那天发现法庭里还有别人也拿Red light camera ticket, 发出ticket的那个Officer
也到场提供证据, 包括照片和录像(通过他的laptop播放给你看). 结果在我之前的几位
都被法庭驳回了, 其中有一位的陈述是说自己开手动车遇黄灯, 为了避免伤车而没有急
停而选择过灯的... 轮到我了, 我就把事先准备好了材料读了一遍给法官听, 材料主要
是根据下面网站的内容而准备, 用来举证Newwark市和提供Red light camera服务的公
司之间的合同违背了加州交通法有关规定 |
