checked.
Otherwise, you can use your passport etc.
BTW, it is nothing illegal to have changes in your your appearance.
You can always have long/short hair, dyed/not dyed hair, glass/no glass, etc.
The only difference is that you will never worry about redlight camera
tickets, and say "I am guilty/not guilty in the court". |

痛定思痛，对敌人发ticket 系统深入研究, 得此宝方.
步骤：
1，go to DMV, claim 驾照遗失。
2，化妆，使自已外观大变。
3，DMV 照相，领新驾照，
即使父母兄弟夫人女友儿女七姑八姨见照也不知是你，他们往往peng腹大笑.
4. 半年之后，又在XYZ路口被照(本人住地周围camera多如地雷战之雷阵）。
5. 不要出庭，写信说非我。
6，法官庭上比较驾照相和路口相，非一人，dismiss.
此传世大法已免除本人至少上千美刀（本人实为弯曲最安全driver之一).

ONLY those w/ clear sign are legal to issue redlight tickets.
if you are not sure what sign I am refering to, check the intersection
of Genesee and North Terry Pine, or Garnet and Mission bay, or Convoy and
Clairemont Mesa.
For the rest, if you are not caught by a cop, you are 100% fine.
I wouldn't judge by telling if there is flashing or not, it is probably not
accurate.
For GREEN light, what are you afraid of? lol. :)

根据网站的介绍，法官不能强迫我招供是谁开的车，所以我一定要坚持庭审。
正如网站介绍，警察又是威胁又是利诱，美国人民也不是吓大的，几乎所有的人都选择
给自己一个机会，要求见法官。我看那警察和个老黑积极外外，最后警察说：我都说完
了，没啥好说的了，老黑说你不愿意说就算，咱到里面说去也没啥困难。我前面是个老
头，身上还有文身，和我情况一样不是他开车，警察威胁他说，那你告诉我是谁开的车
？我隐约听到他说谁都有可能，也许是他儿子，也许是别人，警察又威胁到：你知道吗
，你的车窗红灯撞死了人， 你是要负责的。 老头的回答很泪人： 我才不在乎撞不撞
死人的，我只对我开的车负责。 然后和警察很热乎的唠嗑 ，警察让他到里面等，估计

Technically if you are facing yellow left turn, the other side is definitely
red so you should have enough time to complete the left turn or u-turn.
However, defensive/conservative driving is always the better way out.
The best option for Louzhu is to argue that he/she entered the intersection
under yellow so the other car involved must have redlighted . |

We have a Jetta (2004) about 80,0000 miles
3 months back, we replaced the brakes at the dealer. After that, we heard
the Beep noise when pressing the brake sometimes.
Then one month back, sometimes the engine is totally shutdown when we stop
at stop sign or slow down for the redlight.
There is one time, the engine shutdown with engine light on, and we checked
at firestone, and they detected that something is wrong with oxygen sensor,
and replaced it.

个redlight ticket，验证地址时问的是我们7年前住的地址。对方直接问我要不要付掉
，说不马上付就会有记录在我们信用卡报告上！我本来就给这个电话弄得云里雾里，因
为LD的电话号码是2年多前才弄得，几乎没有在网上用过，也不知他们怎么得到的。而
我自己的电话已经从7年前就开始用了，所有对外号码都是我的。后来问对方要了
ticket 号，到我们的city hall online pament网站上一查，竟然真的有我这么一个
ticket! $85
有几个问题：
1）网上查了那个号码，很多留言都说是骗子，但他们给的号的确查到了；
2）目前还有打电话给city hall 确认，问题是5年前的ticket，我是否要问他们要证据
，说实在的我连ticket影子也没见啊？
如果有ticket 也应该寄给我们不是？
那个agency 问我们要目前的地址也给了，目前2周了，也没有任何帐单寄来。而且只问
了我们路名和州名，连几号/apt都没问。

1.其他人都有ticket，就我什么也没有，接了那个催帐电话后主动打电话确认的；
2.看了录像是个雨雪天，但是没有我个人照片；黄/红灯不清楚；
3.我还想着这么多争论点，结果法官也不让说什么，一看5年了，直接dismiss,但是收
了$35的court fee.
4.有种感觉这次是自己送上门去的，有朋友说不管也可以，不过咱守法小人物总算了结
了心事。
5.很多人上庭不是contest,就是想看看录像，因为是他/她们孩子开的。这次也算汲取
教训，以后还是要安全驾驶。

警车通常也停不到三秒，所以这么说没用。闯红灯更没理由，本来beat
yellow就是违法的。
我建议你直接说你不在美国，把出入境记录附上，希望可以免掉罚款。
至于记录，redlight ticket和parking ticket一样是对车不对人的，
不用担心。
能不能告诉大家这两个红灯在哪里，我们也可以小心些。这个地方有所有
红灯位置，我把家附近的都背下来了：

里再简单介绍一下: 在加州乃至全美国部分路口有录像装置, 湾区各city估计也有几十
个这样的路口被24/7监视, 录像纪录路口的红灯(右转)未停情况, 并寄出ticket. 每
个有camera的路口, city需要向提供监视装置的公司每月支付$6000左右的费用. 资金
来源于每张 $381的ticket. 估计被罚的大多数人都乖乖交钱, 破财消灾.

usually takes 2 shots, one when you crossed the stop line at red and
another when you leave the intersection. as long as you crossed the stop
line at yellow, you didn't run the red light.
