犯错是概率，买什么样的“保险”，不是概率。（买“保险”： 是个比喻的说法，具
体指重视程度、环节上的redundancy、多环节检错流程、等等花费的人力物力脑力等资
源）
学骑自行车的人大多都摔下来过几次， 你也可以认为哪个飞行员没摔过几架飞机才拿
到执照啊，不过就是个概率。

是有的。
昨天看到一本书上说，我们的大脑主要是三个因素决定的。有了适当的食物，睡眠和刺
激，自然的力量就可以保证大脑的基本结构得到良好发展；而人最后会表现出什么样子
，基因起到了很大的作用，尤其在性格脾气方面。但是，最近几十年大脑扫描科学的发
展，有了一个颠覆脑神经科学的惊人发现，那就是我们的大脑是有弹性的，或者说可以
重塑的。而且大脑的物理变化在我们的一生中一直在发生着，而不是像我们从前假定的
那样，只发生在儿童时期。
（这个让我想起了你以前讲到过“大脑灰质剪枝理论”，但是应该也不算矛盾。一个是
从redundant到remaining；另一个是从remaining到remolding）
那么什么东西重塑我们的大脑呢？经验。即便在很老的时候，我们的经验依旧可以改变

funding。这是有可能被made redundant的，区别在于补偿金多一些，或者比合同制的
稍微稳定一些。

中文我能想到的是“把水份挤出来”,配上一个海绵被挤压出很多水份的图片就很形象
了。因为在中文里头水份经常指不实在的或浪费的成本等。

在DNA和RNA层面的，更多的是Protein以及Post-translational Modification。 当然
Epigenetics也是有相当的份量。 测序解决的是突变问题，而在蛋白层面一点用都没有
。 所谓的高发病人，或者有基因缺陷的病人，最终得病的情况很难找到一个理想的
Cohort来进行分析，因为之前或许已经接受Medical Intervention了。 人体是个神奇
的东西，如果有些基因有缺陷，其它的会进行弥补，所谓的Gene Redundancy。这个你
测序根本无法看出来。 你举的这些例子我听过很多，我有不少朋友在Illumina，PACB,
Ariosa Dx,Counsyl,23andme, Natera,Verinata等工作，我们经常谈论这些话题。测序

我感觉, 请蔡律师, 钱花到什么地方去了: 他(或者他的集体), 知道IO希望看到什么(
比如什么词, 什么例子, 什么句子), 知道IO不喜欢看到什么.
比如,
(1). 我写了一大堆, 蔡律师委婉的说, "以后再说", 我傻头傻脑的坚持, 蔡律师才说,
"这些IO根本不care, 写多了, IO看得还烦躁".
(2). 蔡律师用了一些词, 一些句子, 我觉得, 你这么写不是redundant吗, 结果他说,
"这个一定要留着, 因为这是IO最喜欢看的关键字".
至于什么PL, RL, 他也是套模板, 而且有些地方还写错了(就是套模板的时候, 有些模
板的边边角角忘记customize for me), 所以自己还得仔细看看.
所以, 我觉得, 好的律师(比如cai), 我花钱, 买的是他/她的经验, 至于他/她的PL/RL
模板, 其实是我买经验的时候, 买一送一顺便免费送的. |

5月底收到FP的notice，是关于5月初提交的那个485 package，里面case type上只有
485和765，于是6月2号walk in把指纹打了，像也照了
昨天突然又收到FP的notice，这次是好像是后来提交的package产生的，上面写的
notice date是6月10号。很奇怪的是，上面application number一栏485用的是后来提
交的，765用的是原来提交的，两个mix起来了

但实际上它可能招不到合适的人(没有本地的,没有2年pd的),那么只能招你,当然蛋白药
剂师可能澳大利亚本地未必没有
这种int/welcome的indefinite职位的潜台词就是如果你被录用了,他们会帮你解决PR问题
那些DSTO(国防科工委)之类的职位要求公民,那你肯定没戏,不过DSTO很多职位因此没人
去fill
另外indefinite和permanent还是有细微区别的
cisro的部门都是应时而设,有些老学科可能过个几年或者几十年就inactive了,人员可
能被redundant,幸运地被其他部门吸收,或者你有了技术积累很容易转到工业界,不幸地
想找大学或者其他研究所职位可能都难 |
