准有了错觉@@@
先交代下背景吧：
1）2011年2月PhD EE，全美排名50，60左右，不是什么top牛校；
2）公司是行业leading大公司，大几千人的规模，工作一年了；RD Engr；
3）读PhD近两三年IEEE trans 5篇，另若干tie-1 conferences，全一作；若干二作文
章及几篇国内读硕时发的垃圾中文；不是什么很popular的东西，也不是啥牛文章，自
知大部分是灌水，而且总citation是弱点，全算上就50左右（还包括10几个自引），不
觉得近期内有显著提高（已向律师反复说明，并强调可以提供若干推荐信支持）；
4）review自己觉得比较强，50+ Journals review（6个IEEE Trans+3个Elservier
Journals) 另加7，80个conf review（可能更多，没细数）；
5）没国际大奖/没专利/没媒体报道，三无人员~~
去年底跟HR交的申请，不想走PERM，HR说EB1B要律师评估先。期间每隔两三个礼拜都会

基于前面的历史，对手先是out of position flat到哥的3bet，然后在mono tone flop
上又check raise哥的看似weak的bet，这里air的可能性已经非常小了，最最bottom的
range也是2 overs with nut flush draw。如果算进JJ/QQ的话，哥被严重的dominated。
哥在这里抵抗的唯一原因是，对手是capable的，这增加了他的范围，且哥又有位置，
哥在这里的bet/call也是rep了一个非常非常强的range，同时，turn上又会有很多牌或
者帮到哥，或者给对手造成难题，所以胜负还未定，于是花了7个bb的代价call了。

geico在某些地区是payable超过一千, reevaluate insurance premium.
如果你在某个保险公司很多年没事故, 他们可能会让你的第一次事故不涨保险.

客户打单，选的19LB为例：
BASE RATE是：9.39
DISCOUNT: 3.38/9.39=36%
FUEL Surcharge: 0.42/(9.39-3.38)=7%
如果实际包裹重量是29LB或者FEDEX REEVALUATE为29LB，最后的账单：
BASE RATE会按29LB CHARGE：11.58
DISCOUNT也会根据重量进行调整 4.40/11.58=38%
FUEL Surcharge: 0.50/(11.58-4.4)=7%
还有一种情况，客户DROPSHIP，结果从更远的地方DROP，ZONE会发生变化，BASE RATE
也会进行调整
BASE RATE是20.71
DISCOUNT： 7.46/20.71=36%仍然是36%
FUEL Surcharge: 0.93/(20.71-7.46)=7% 这个如果FEDEX对不同ZONE有调整，也会自动
显示出不同的比例。
所以不变的是FUEL SURCHRAGE，这是跟着FEDEX系统走的，不是我们人为定的。

11月2号USCIS收到我的申请，12月4号加急悲剧。圣诞节后告知公司hr说我不能按时报
到，hr的回复是他们理解，啥时候拿到卡啥时候去上班，随时和他们update。Disney的
offer1月6号要求报道，明知道肯定来不及，还是在1月4号再次加急。
1月5号收到需要提交补充材料的邮件，当天下午就联系了hr，提交了补充材料。
1月6号收到回复，告知25天之内给答复。还没高兴几天，公司今天突然发邮件来说如果
18号不报到就要reevaluate！！！
目前状态依然是case was received，心里忐忑的不行。估计这单offer要泡汤了。
不知道该怎么办，眼看着dream offer要完蛋了。跑到班上来求bless，希望15号能收到
卡，18号去报到（sounds impossible）！
