1,如果工人认为你原来的漆与新漆是同性可以用buffer这就是用220#的砂纸把表面的旧
迹清理，那么这就是最简单的。
2，如果漆没有共同性，这样就得deep clean, 非得sand到木的表层才行，这道工序：
36号（通常），自己做吧就用60#，然后用150#,最后用220#，上漆后5小时（通常第二
天）还要buffer一次，再上2次漆才算结束 |

If you still plan to DIY, I recomand renting a sander the size of a vacuum
cleaner. You don't want to bend you back and sand the whole floor using
those tiny hand held sander, trust me. The hand held sander is for the edge
and corner where the big sander can not reach. |

sander是不带什么砂纸的，需要买砂纸，然后贴在sander上。
我买的是hitachi的random orbit sander很好用。
用的时候，需要几号砂纸贴几号砂纸在sander上。
一般要从60#，120#..打磨到220#，才能开始上漆。（号码越大，砂纸越细腻）
你家的不用上stain（漆）的话，不用打磨的很厉害，就直接买220#的砂纸，略微打磨
打磨，地板表面呈鸡蛋壳的那种感觉，就可以停手了，注意不要打磨到下面的颜色层，
打磨掉了，就要重新上颜色了。
然后刷两三遍清漆就ok了。很简单。

清漆要干透再刷下一次，最好24小时。
油漆和刷子都买好一点的，好刷，贵不了几块钱。
另外，刷子要用专门的洗刷子的，HD有卖。
刷子用完就立刻洗掉，然后用paper towel擦干。
如果不及时洗干净，会干的硬邦邦的，就报废了。

那些瑕疵就出现，1，是木板上来的，2，是木尘粒，3，是扫子（滚筒）带出来，你摸
一下就能感觉到粗糟，但有很好办，因为漆干后把这些粗糟的东西都定住，用220#砂纸
“抛光”一下就很完美， |

buy one and some polyurethanes. That is all you need to refinish the floor,
I would say it is much cheaper than putting down new Pergo. |

That is up to you (the look you want), good quality hard wood floor should
be ok for kitchen use, plus you can refinish it a few more times.
For flooring, solid wood has many limitations due to the natural
characteristics of wood. Expansion and contraction of wood from moisture and
temperature fluctuation puts many dimensional restrictions on solid wood
floors. But I think you should be fine.
Just get the color you want, I think both are ok. Also the style how they
are cut: flat-sawn, quarter-s |

Search for dump in your local area. You can tie them into a bundle. 1 inch
solid hardwood floor can be refinished many times, why do you want to throw
it away.
You can rent a trailer and pull behind your car and take it to the dump (
some places charge by the weight, but not that much)

If not very deep, you can just 重新刷.
If you care about the look (minor scratch), you need to rent something like
this and refinish your entire floor.
