猜想：中国政府年年给退休人员涨那么多工资，然而人民币相对美元没有贬值说明了一
个问题：就是人民币大概真值那么多钱。美国才是越来越虚胖。
第二：美国夫妻两个工作4口之家假设年入25万美元。扣除各项消费，大概总的省下来
的大概也就10万美元（含401K存入的，mortgage principle， 和存款）。而中国父母
辈工作不错的退休工资大概能达到2000美元每月。因为国内医疗基本不花钱，再加上房
子付清，所以大概两个老人一年能剩下2万美元。考虑的中国的人力成本，还有物价，
能做很多很多事情。而美国夫妇两个扣除401和mortgage， 基本也就3-4万美元。购买
力基本没有，也就几年换一辆车。。
所以，北京，上海，和中国其他发达地区的生活不错人士，其实很多，已经可以至少平
视北美wsn。北美高智商人士基本属于失去了10-20年。
为什么会这样？我认为根本原因还是北美工程师自己没有产出。虽然写了不少程序，设
计了不少东西，但是都是纸面上的，绝大多数都最后垃圾了。而国内就算一个小厂，一

此题是证明Gamma函数的reflection formula中遇到的一步。
Gamma函数定义为，从0到无穷对x积分，
x^z/(xe^x)，结果为z的函数，z为复数，可以通过解析延拓把该函数定义到全复平面。
Gamma函数的reflection formula是
Gamma(z)Gamma(1-z)=pi/sin(z*pi)。
我试证了一下，把两个积分integrand分别写为x和y的函数，然后积分乘积组合为二重
积分，再用换元法，
x=u^2，y=v^2，r^2=u^2+v^2，u/v=tan t，的方法，得到
Gamma(z)Gamma(1-z)=
2 integration 0 to pi/2 of (tan t)^(2z-1) dt。
当z=0.5+ib时，积分应该给出reflection formula所给出的值。这就是此题的来源。 |

Anyway, (as far as I understand) the point is not what
our bottom line reflects, but that we don't want to let the reflection
get into our trading decision process, because once that happens,
as it did to the guy in the story, we are no longer trading but instead
trying to prove "I was right". |

申请工作：Software Developer，Mobile Application组
问题问的很多很杂，基本上不难。不过后来想想，也没有全都答对。大概包括：
* 为什么对Amazon感兴趣。
* 自己最近的Project。
* 说出自己会的编程语言并打分（1－5）。
* 有没有开发Mobile application的经验。
* 几个常见Data structure的Lookup操作的时间复杂度。
* HTTP post和get的区别。
* Design Pattern: Singleton, Factory, Lazy initialization。
* Multi-threaded programming, deadlock之类。

a true reflect of market value, bank appraisal value is NOT a 100% reflect of
market value although it's close. in most cases, bank appraisal will not result
in price lower than what you offered because 1) the offer price
should be close to the market value, 2) they want to give you the loan.

I think LZ need to do some serious reflection before she/her own behavior
would damage her own child more than anybody else...
I don't know what's really going on but as far as I could see, it is
clearly she is very aggressive and perhaps somewhat spoiled herself, and
take a lot of things for granted...I don't see how she execute self-
reflection, disciplines, and respect, nor respect others, rules or authority

family income, or like texas, top 10% of each high school, etc. however,
skin based enrollment is purely racist.
merit may not reflect an appliant's talent well. but it is fair. are you
implying that skin color can reflect applicant's true talent and ability?
thanks for your reasoning in Harvard and other ethnicity's shoes. I heard
that many times already, but I still love my own kids way more than Harvard

发帖数: 132 | 45 其实圣诞假期为去什么地方犹豫了好几天，想去阿拉斯加看极光，觉得有些单调，去非
洲埃及觉得花钱更多而且签证还没搞，去巴哈马佛罗里达又觉得沙滩看够了，最后还是
决定再访美国西部, 至少grand staircase 以及reflection canyon对我还是有些吸引
力， 而且去reflection canyon也算是小小的体验一次backpacking. 大体几个地方是
： racetrack valley, bisti wilderness, grand staircase national monument(
GSNM)，hole in the rock, reflection canyon 以及 angels landing, 计划中的
cathedral valley，因为路上积雪没有去成。
Death valley national park很早以前来过，但那时没时间去racetrack valley, 所以
这次就给补上了，我对大自然一些奇特的现象总是充满兴趣，这里会“走路”的石头让
人觉得大自然真是奇妙，其原因现在也只是推测，具体这些石头到底是如何移动的，谁
