step 1. get 200g milk (roughly 13/16 cup) from refrig, heat in microwave
oven for 2 minutes. The milk should not boil but it should be hot (hotter
than warm)
step 2. use a stand mixer, use the flat paddle hook (a.k.a. cake hook, it

you stove is small and the bread surface is too close to the heat source the
crust can be very dry, try cover your bread entirely with a sheet of
aluminum after 10 minutes.

allow moisture come back to the crust. That is, if you leave the bread cool
down and eat it while it is warm you will find a hard crust and an

happens after it is shipped to the butcher. Butchers cut the meat then ship
it to stores.

When we visited a farm who raises animals, the farmer told us there are
regulations that a slaughter house can not butcher the same farm animal they
killed.

1. 去掉原来那个drywall box，把顶升高，橱柜就可以买42寸（39寸+molding)做到顶上了。
2. 顶上装8个recess light，水池上方再1个，还装两个MartinLogan的speaker，用sonos multiroom控制器控制。趁着装修都放进去。做饭吃饭就有好听的音乐了。
3. 装新橱柜-cherry实木
4. 装新台面-granite
5. 换全部appliance （电器都是LG，induction cooktop，build-in oven & microwave, french door refrig, dishwasher，range hood（非LG，LG不出），另外水池下装了RO water filteration system, new disposer)
6. 加油烟机风道，直接从墙上出去，提高抽油烟效率
