不干, 非要refund. 后来就说不想和我说, 他要和amazon联系.
怎么办. 1500块钱的东西. 如果是他不想要了, 退给我就算了, 就怕是他自己磕了碰了

刚入门的时候不懂神医的潜规则，出了11台打印机给某知名护士长（原来以为是神医）
，陆陆续续drop了4台了，后来一直没有动静。剩下的7台已经囤了快2个月了，没办法
只能催着护士长给label，或者refund护士长我好草地给其他label ready的神医。护士
长也好说话，说让俺refund到他的paypal上，本来要是和神医直接交易的话，应该挺简

,他们的20%REFUND至今还没收回去,
他们应该会自己收回去吧?还是需要我向信用卡公司要求? 就等着他们收回REFUND,退出

REFUND结帐前后都可，但是VOID之后信息处理商只收取AUTH费用
Refund之后，等于是两次刷卡，不但要收取AUth和
PIF的费用，而且还收费率，费率按刷卡金额计算。
对于我们消费者：
如果是VOID，商家结帐后，你的那笔钱依然是被你的发卡银行（注意不
是商家）HOLD着。
一般的银行都是会在3-5个工作日退钱到你的户头。如果你急需这笔金额退回到你的信用
卡上，那么，你需要找到你去消费的商家，商家有可以被要求打电话给你的发卡银行去
release这笔钱。
如果是refund，是没有办法release你的消费金额的，只有等待发卡
银行把钱还给你。
说明一下，发卡银行HOLD那笔钱，要多久是他们的规定。一般是三到五天，长久的也有1个

然后我又到店里，给我了个receipt，上面写着 -$74.00，但是信用卡号那里显示***

rules也不是很清楚。所以我打了Citi Travel specilist问了一下，我听得不是很清楚。
我的理解是（可能有误），用ThankYou points买的机票，类似于直接用信用卡从航空
公司买。由于这张票是non-refundable的，所以不会有refund，也不会redeposit
ThankYou points. 如果我cancel的话，会得到这个航空公司(US airways)的credit，
但是要被这家航空公司扣除$200的cancel fee（不同航空公司的cancel fee不一样）,
还要被Citi扣除$35的processing fee.
1. 请问我的理解是对的吗？不求free cancellation, 有没有什么trick能够尽量减少
一点损失？
