发帖数: 5 | 41 去lenovo的warranty lookup上看一下，如果机器type号的最后两位和你开机bios的最
后两位不同，就说明是联想refurbish过的。我自己用的也是ebay上买的refurbish的，
机器看着跟新的一样，就是后面贴了一块refurbished 的标，还有一块新的type号，盖
住了原来的号。 |

请问一下，Refurbished的GPS一般有质量问题吗？比如去walmart的网站上买个
Refurbished的，如果不满意可以在1~2个周内无条件退货吗？该拿到哪儿去退？
另外想请问一下，车子刮痕后，避免生锈用的保护漆叫什么？walmart有买吗？ |

refurbished的机器在国内就是翻新机，我知道某品牌在国内的做法是低价处理给内部
员工，因为有一年保修，员工可以在系统里查询机器的维修历史，换过备件的话都有记
录，并且价格便宜，所以员工还是很愿意买。国内refurbished的机器不会在市场上当
新机器卖的，都通过内部员工和代理公司的员工消耗掉了。所以国内在市场上不像美国
那么多。
翻新机的机器来源各种各样，有运输时的损坏，有大用户因为维修多次修不好而退机的
（一般用户能修的绝不退，退的话零售商承担），所以机器新旧好坏差别很大，运气好
的话，能买到很便宜的几乎就是新的机器。
不建议新手买refurbished的机器是因为这些机器出问题的可能性要比新机器大，也就
是说出问题的机器再出问题的可能性要大。一台机器总也修不好的情况也是有的，并不
是备件的问题，这个实在有时说不清楚。商用机的部件质量其实要高于家用机，即便你
看到的是同样的东西，但，真的不太一样，它们的环境要求，可靠性要求是不一样的，
测试条件都不一样。一般商用机能用在更恶劣的条件下（当然，都在家里用，商用机也
可能先坏）。你 |

there are really problems with the products. Regardless, the prodcuts will
go back to factory to retest and still provide 12 month or longer
warranties. To me, the refurbished provide the most values than the original
price. I have no problems with refurbished products from DELL for the past
10 years. Not meant to advertise for DELl, just what I have experienced. |

发帖数: 944 | 46 Dell瞎几巴乱搞，pre-ordered new E6410换成配置一样的refurbish的，且价格还从$
651升至$706。
机器不错，没有scratch和dent，也没有传说中的严重发热，挺安静的，看2，3个小时
的movie还没有我的爷爷级别的IBM x22烫手。
LD的意思，这机器不错，甭为几十刀折腾了。可我还是想退掉买另外一台。dell答应退
货，或者如果我愿意保留的话可以再打折50刀，也就是656。如果这样的话，就不折腾
了，知识又pre-ordered new变成refurbish罢了。
这dell真能搞呀，把pre-ordered new搞成refurbish，还给你提价几刀，"作为手续费"
。不过客服挺不错的，有求必应。 |
