原帖细节改掉，不过添加一个总结吧。
就是老板点开我的原信，点“forward”，在信的最前头写他自己的email，同时把我原信
（email history)改掉一些词句。如果我不是无意中看了一眼history，发现
我根本没那样写信，一般也不会发现。因为基本上没人专门去看自己信的email
history吧。
email forward给别人同时cc我，但是forward的不是我的原信，而是
他改过的“原信”。
比如这样:
Hello Jason,
Any feedback for project 1?

完全照抄Aprilmm的。因为我是两个小孩的妈，还要上班，根本没时间搞绿卡申请，3月
20多号的时候，我要到一个地方开会3天，我就把April mm和版上另外一个人的PL打印
出来，带去开会了。除了我present那天，我就在旅馆写这个了。完全是以April mm的
做模版。同时给几个人发要推荐信，我的两个老板的，是我自己写好，他们签名的，两
个独立推荐人是他们自己写的。这里也感谢他们很快的回复，现在一看，我3月24号完
成的PL,4月6号就submit了，非常感谢他们！

背景较弱：
CS phd, work in big company
8篇paper (5篇英文 3篇国内硕士时发的中文)
citation: 36，其中25个都是中文论文的citation，英文的只有11个
（这些都是他引，自引的英文还有20篇左右，都是导师和lab其他人发的）
review 40+ (有journal，也有conference TPC)

自我感觉paper和citation少是硬伤。

决，只需要政府行政命令就能解决，所以最好是通过雇佣与政府机构打交道有丰富经验

regarding the EB-3 visa allocation from at least one congressman's office.
We do not believe the response answers all our questions, and we will follow
