发帖数: 7025 | 12 我11点50分到了 UBC，一看桌上摆\\了大量美食，还没打开，西羽的人寥寥可数，不由得后悔，该晚些来的，也不用老早吃午餐\\了。有人直接逛 Costco 去了。既来之，则安之，我跟 Wendy 练了会球。
终于开吃了，甜点很多，我觉得糯米糕、八宝粥，水果沙拉都不错。可以吃饱的 pizza, 炒饭我就不碰了。cuteniu 也来了，既然人数不够， cuteniu 就组织了四队对抗。
抽奖的头奖是 Victor Brave Sword 11 球拍，被一个不太打羽球的家长抽中。二奖是 Yonex 球包。今天也是 UBC 小球员 Emily 的生日，小女孩害羞，大家给她唱生日快乐歌，她死活不肯出来。家长准备了一个大蛋糕（黑森林？）。
我两场男双都抱到粗腿，跟 btfan 打刚开始不太适应，不过 btfan 很快就发威，有效的压制住 UBC 的小孩，我在网前也拦住几个球。第二局对手好像没过十分，2:0 获胜。

such as Li, Al, Zinc, etc. (Here the upper limit of energy density is their
combustion energy with some discount). But energy release may be hard to
control, expect Zinc. The most important thing is very high energy
consumption for regeneration of metal (Regeneration costs cannot be
decreased greatly due to thermodynamics and technology maturity after 100

发帖数: 1008 | 20 柴油车的优势在扭矩大，所以大车拖东西的话适合上柴油车。而在小车上，柴油车的优
点被无限缩小，缺点却被无限放大了。如果你在欧洲，澳洲这些柴油车普及一点的地方
开过柴油车的话，就会明白所谓的省油只是表面显现。柴油的主要问题是
1.柴油燃烧（即使是现代的高压共轨）产生的固体颗粒物远远超过汽油，碳排放却远远
小于汽油。欧四标准推行以后，为了让柴油车生存下去，车厂不得不在emission系统里
加上DPF（diesel particle filter）。这个设备让柴油车彻底沦为只能跑高速和长途
的车：低速行驶中柴油发动机产生大量的固体颗粒，充满了DPF。这个时候车载电脑就
会提醒司机需要DPF regeneration，唯一的方法就是维持在2000转以上保持至少20分钟
（开过柴油车的人应该知道2000转的时候是什么速度）。一般local每开200-300公里就
需要一次regeneration，否则DPF堵塞了以后就只能更换，成本在2000-5000刀。
有人会问，那为什么欧洲还有这么多柴油车。因为欧洲的车主必须交巨额的碳排放税，

我说的巨额的碳排放税，说的是汽油车因为碳排放量高，所以比柴油车要多交很多税，
这就是为什么柴油车不适合开local但欧洲还是有很多柴油车的原因：钱
至于新车没有多少turbo lag，你大概只开过豪华品牌，普通品牌，不管美国的，欧洲
的，还是日本的，都是非常明显的，对于第一次开柴油车的人来说尤其显著。
固体颗粒的清除需要高温，经常开高速的就会产生“清除是自动的”这种感觉。经常在
城市里面开的话，每开几百公里 instrument cluster就会有提示要求regeneration，
这是active regeneration，就是特地开高速来清除颗粒。
我写了这么多，反复强调柴油车的卖点就是低转速的大扭矩，到你这里就变成“柴油车
的一大买点就是低转速扭矩和加速，被你一句话全否 |

1）首先是真的省油，前提是你住house，有方便充电的garage，最好是安装240V 的
garage 电源，这样可以方便的在4小时以内把电充满。尤其是像办公室门口就有

花上5秒钟插上电，等车自动响亮的叫一声，通知你正在充电就可以了。
2) 高科技因素很多，不说车子的dashboard 很fancy，有很多信息，而且 GM 提供了
iOS 的 App, 可以在任何时候查看车子的充电情况。比如回到家里可以在沙发上查看车

the argument brain cells do not regenerate is false. For areas other than
hippocampus, we currently don't know yet. There is no need to waste time to
extrapolate as I don't work in that area.
Regarding the myth of 10-20% brain usage, it's been refuted repeatedly in
the scientific field. But I guess the ignorance is just like a worm that
never dies.

PD积极备战,到最后两天的奋力一战,享受的不仅仅是打球的乐趣,更有与各方新朋旧友相
识相交的喜悦和兴奋.简单小结一下吧:
混双: 虽说XD是我的最爱,可是这次能拿A冠军,完全是机缘巧合.先是CCY同意我和choka
pd,然后是choka意外受伤,同意我和ks pd,然后一号种子又意外受伤,退出比赛.ks的实
力,喜雨任何一个B女生和他配,都有夺冠的可能!
第一场: vs lifeng/winnix mm. mm打球时间尚短,起球较多.lifeng有些着急,mm更加紧
张.所以劝男生们以后打XD时,千万不要说女生…
第二场: vs regenerator/lemonalder. Regenerator身高臂长,lemonnalder带伤坚持比
赛.两人配合时间再长些,肯定能打得更好!
第三场: vs ccy/wendy. 呵呵,很沉闷的比赛.看热闹的同学们,不知道是不是有些失望?

liuqing扣杀凌厉，MSB 2nd，还是很强的。mabiwu稍弱，而且他们是第一次合作，这样
我们就赢了第一场；
第二场：1：2 kupo/regenerator
kupo是传统的双打号手，不过没想到regenerator也是和我们一样的牛皮糖，扣不死，
拉不死，吊不死，最后我们自己把自己磨死了
第三场：2：0 escaping/KS
从第三场开始心情特别激动紧张，因为前两场虽然也是尽力去打，输赢却无关紧要：赢
了进A也光荣，输了进D说不定还能拿牌牌。现在开始输了就歇了。感觉发球手都有些抖
。我们坚持少给KS气球，多和小e斗网前，可能KS第一天消耗太大，扣杀也不如平时凶
猛，这样我们就有机可乘的赢了
第四场：1：2 liu/xiangdang
这一场lailiu已有精彩总结，我就不重复了，主要谈谈我的体会。平时两人都可以跑的
球，一般都是tch跑，因为tch步伐快一些。但头一天tch消耗很大，而我是生力军，其
实我们应该稍微改变一下，我多跑一些。第三局时kupo提出这一点，不过习惯了就不容
易改。
还有，很多次tch后场扣杀，我感觉老刘 |
