Answer: The expert physician panel at the 2005 Marathon Directors College
said carbohydrate loading has been dropped by most serious marathoners. You
should eat a normal diet with 60-70% carbohydrates the week before the
marathon, but do not increase your total calories.

我们的儿子孙夏冰，北大物理学院03级本科生，于零七年四月十一日到北医三院就
诊，经过两天时间进行B超、CT、核磁共振等各项检查。诊断为："右肾占位性病变，肺
部多发性小结节。"我们要求立即住院治疗，泌尿外科以（星期五）周末无医生在位拒
收，后经我们家属多方努力才于十六日住进泌尿外科病房。入院后我们恳求早日手术治
疗，可是马潞琳主任以手术安排不过来为由一直拖延手术日期，后在一个朋友点拨下，
二十日上午七点三十分我们找到主任办公室，送上五千元红包后主任才答应安排二十四
日上午手术。
四月二十九日上午（术后第五天）我们找马主任商议，能否请化疗科或放疗科会诊
，以便安排下一步治疗方案。马主任却要求我们自己去门诊挂号就诊，拒绝了我们提出
会诊的请求。
五月三日，（术后第九天）我们的儿子呼吸逐渐急促，气喘严重，无法说话，故请

Since I am a golfer, the regimen I set up for myself is intentionly for the
golf swing core muscle and golf-related power, strenght and endurance. (
Right, I wish).
