NJ DMV要求You must register your vehicles within 60 days or before your out-
of-state registration expires (whichever is first). 但是我看换车牌的要求里并
没有让提供现在的registration证明阿.

院都申请过,因为没有美国经验(只有4年的澳洲MEDICAL WARD的工作经验)都没成. 听过
来人说,有人内推就会比较容易.有在NJ中部工作的Registered Nurse能内推工作吗? 谢

registered mail寄出, 结果显示在7月13号到达 ISC NEW YORK (USPS),
然后track就一直没有更新，也没有收到信件。联系USPS，人家说信没有到local
邮局，所以local邮局也无能为力。
后来在网上查了一下，感觉最近一年多国际挂号信件，甚至还有特快邮件在ISC NEW
YORK丢失的抱怨很多，大家都没有办法，好像是因为国际挂号信到了美国，除了有些
时候要求签名，其实在美国转运是作为一般的平信处理。所以在ISC的时候，给了一
些邮局内部小偷偷信的机会。详情还可以看看下面这个链接的讨论：

貌似从欧洲一些国家和中国寄到美国的邮件,都要经过这个纽约international

美国国内的registered mail应该是相对最安全的邮件，
但是非常慢，我这里到纽约开车7小时左右，
但是纽约寄到我这得挂号信经常得花15天，而且网上基本上也只查得到两条：
acceptance, delivered.
所以挂号信不适合心急的人 :) |

通常来说，registered mail要2周左右收到，快的话也要近10天。慢的话3到4周。
建议到邮局查询，因为他们查询的信息要比你online查到的信息详细的多。 |
