我去年年底也遇到了类似的情况，把我考试真个向后推了7个月，我寄了三次186表才通
过的。我觉得ECFMG的确官僚主义比较重。
我第一张表寄去，告诉我“不是学校官方寄出”的，被打回，虽然我知道有人就是从北
京自己寄的，一样没有问题。
第二张寄出去，也被打回来，告诉我的原因跟楼主一样，说首医签字的人在ECFMG留下
的字迹与我给的不一致。我问那个人是谁，她又说不能告诉我，我问能不能告诉学校，
她说行。去学校让registra跟他们联系，结果石沉大海，后来又继续电话联系，他们说
学校registra必须要写上自己的title，他们才信。又回去找registra，他又重新发
email，两方牵上线之后，ECFMG告诉registra他们需要一个更新的签字，结果学校有寄
了一个更新的签字，我把我的186表和更新的签字放在一起寄去的，才通过。
都是第三方认证惹的祸，导致第三方只收钱，其实ECFMG与学校多年没有联系了，才会
这样。所以不走第三方是正确的！ |

的确没有什么不好，但是操作起来，你可知道要给加拿大的亲戚多添多少麻烦？他们要
去开多少材料，出多少证明？万一要搞担保什么的多么麻烦？如果他们要你证明亲属关
系，说不定还要回中国去开证明办公证。
你自己办个加拿大签证也就几十块钱，现在不去将来也可以用，而且省很多事情。
足够。让系里出个证明，写你的学费全免，另外还有工资收入就可以了。银行的
register打印一下带过去，不需要很多钱。
或者给妈妈
画蛇添足。来美国探亲的父母能有多少人自己开账户的？又有多少人是不用子女的钱却
拿自己在美国临时开的账户去加拿大的？你如果是加拿大人看了都不觉得奇怪吗？

whether u have any contract with ur company. Last year,
the embassy was especially sensitive to the students or
employees from NTU/NUS, in case the guys was breaking the
contract and would not return the money specified
in contract. Someone even brought the letter from

status， degree还是能拿到的，所以还是用master degree申请h1b，是这样吗？
学校registra有一个不需经过iso的graudation letter，会写

不知道这种能不能用来申h1b，找的律师貌似很正直，非常讨厌unclean record，现在
都不愿意回我了，她似乎一定要求信里面写能拿到degree
我想的其实是用这个letter申请master cap的h1b，因为一般degree要到3月份才到手，
实在是等不及 :(
学校iso真是没有为学生的律师，只是那一个说了算的advisor，他动不动就说，这个问
题你应该去问你的lawyer。非常非常感谢你推荐的网站，真的很好用！！

我和你情况类似，去年夏天来公司上班，今年5月毕业，4月1号办了advanced h1，已经
批了，唯一的区别是我之前已经有master了。
我准备材料的时候，保险起见，让学校开了expected completion letter，这个是学校
registra office办的，证明我会按时答辩，如期毕业拿到doctoral degree，要求是必
须修完所有课，还有老板同意毕业。最保险的是入职前完成答辩，系里也可以开证明，
说满足所有要求，degree会award给你。
其实只要公司同意advanced，就没太大担心，大不了明年4月你抽中以后被RFE，要求提
供学位，到明年夏天你肯定有学位了不是？之前有看到过为了办h1抢着答辩，也有的虽
然没答辩，但是顺利RFE过了的。
还有，你公司说的没错，你可以用CPT，也可以办pre-opt，用CPT更好一些，因为万一
你明年h1抽不上，还可以用post-opt的1年来顶。CPT现在不用也浪费了。
努力写论文，准备答辩吧！根据我的经验，之后的日子够你忙的 :) |

我脚得不管是冬季还是春季毕业，只要4月1日之前学校或系里能开证明就行
本人是今年5月答辩毕业的，4月1日之前也找学校开到证明了
我们学校的规定是，if本学期毕业，then学期开始要提交毕业申请，然后registra就可
以出证明了
这个证明对父母办签证来美参加毕业典礼也有用，我是一举两得了，哈哈！ |

because it only shows you are admitted to the school but doesn't say
anything about your enrollment.
obtain a
"verifitication of enrollment" and an official/unofficial transcript from
registra's office.
this shows that you are a full time student and meet all the requirement of
maintaining your f-1 status. |

我在上学期快要结束的时候加选了最后一门课。因为想要导师在4月1号之前给我成绩，
这样可以参加adv h1b的申请，导师的要求是从上学期大约期末，加上寒假，还有这学
期的一半时间来完成最后一门课的要求。当时咨询了一下系里和registra，都说这样的
情况，这学期可以给full time status，所以也没有留意。 于是上学期结束的时候，
导师给了我这门课incomplete pass,这学期三月初给了我成绩。因为这是我最后一门课
，这学期我也没有选其他的课，选了MAINTAIN MATRICULATION来维持full time（0
credit）。我这两学期的registration status 都是full time.
申请拿到ISO, 对方的advisor就说我这样的注册方式有点奇怪，扣下我的申请说要查询
，具体是说质疑我最后一学期的full time status。想请问一下：
（1）我这样的情况，不符合了opt申请中的哪一条？
（2）现在有什么可以做的，比如让系里出什么样的证明？
（3）h1b申请时候，有opt背 |

for DFCI clerkships. If you get accepted by any DFCI clerkships, please
receive an T-SPOT TB test asap. Otherwise you may be rejected by a DFCI
occupational health official.

其实个人也用不着opensips吧,除非是因为兴趣玩玩 呵呵
以前我是opensips后面再接asterisk,打出也是opensips选路由 纯折腾
看来网站做不做也无所谓了
