it's kind of joke or alternative word for "" lal. more concern car accidents
, robbery or ilegal attack, home accidency--fire, injuries, poison, etc are
more common and frequently-seeing issues and do need seriously face them,
rather to be too naive after watching those junky horry movies!!!

如果想进一步了解这项运动或是想稍微看出点门道就继续往下读吧。
前面说过场地被两条blue line划分为3个zone，这里省略为NZ(Neutral Zone)，
OZ(Offensive Zone)和DZ(Deffensive Zone)。这里我把场上的forward简化为
F1/F2/F3或C(center)，defenceman简化为D1/D2。
冰球的战术简单的说就是在OZ拼命攻门，在NZ尽可能的争夺控球权向OZ推进，
在DZ里防住对方的进攻，夺回控球权，regroup并重新发动进攻。
NZ的进攻策略：
puck carrier在NZ就是要想尽办法推进，方法很多，可以利用反弹球避开防守
队员，或是传给队友再接队友的回传球向OZ推进。
对于离puck carrier最近的F1的任务是support puck carrier，随时准备在puck
carrier遭围追堵截的时候接传球或是pick up loose puck继续推进。
离puck carrier再远一点的另一个F2的任务是在middle la |

playoff system的一个过渡，不过跟college basketball 不同的是，march madness是
ncaa run的，非常非常多的钱都被ncaa拿走了。以后的college football playoff是

也是很正常。现在写个观后感。
我老提早1个半小时就到了球场，那时候人不多，我密已经有几个球员在训练热身，那
时候还没有穿上gear。很多人都很难认出来，但是有两个我认得，DR和JT Floyd。其他
QB没在，可见DR的work ethic很好。我还见到一个胖老黑，在猛用DV拍JT Floyd，还穿
上了JT Floyd的球衣，和他打招呼，看来应该是他老爸。kicker训练时还可以，就是脚
力不行，我觉得还不如用回Gibsons，他起码射偏，但也不会被block，被block实在太
危险了，一下就会被return TD。现在那个kicker，出脚太低，已经连被block了两个。
我看到我们punter赛前练习，此人以后一定很牛，我看到他每个punt，至少60yard, 有
一个70 yard的，hanging time很长。现在他才1年级，有点不consistant，假以时日，
必定超越Mesko。他脚力，技术都有，就看他short punt的准不准，能不能控制在角落
了。

说明半场的调整和regroup还是有效的。
要说只能说防守在进攻找回一点感觉追到18-21之后那个drive完全挡不住，
造成落后十分，tp开始着急发晕，最终落败。
防守很让人失望，进攻队毕竟下半场还是打出了一些内容。 |

几个关键play LSU确实体现了很好的变化，另外我们的D.Miliner作为新生也就不要求
过多了，两个大的
play他都没有看出Reuben Randell，确实难咎其责。
很痛苦的事情是bama这个赛季可能连BCS也进不去了，希望Saban不要过多责备球员，每
次输球都是很好的
regroup的机会，gator夺冠下一个赛季也没有repeat成功，我们还是要focus打好剩下
的每场比赛，争
取去能去的最好的bowl game就可以了。

总有那么几场比赛，自己会不断的shoot yourself on the feet，play怎么都没有，裁
判有点偏，对方有点lucky, etc.
Leader会站出来，regroup大家，打出该打的play。能flight against adversity的球
队才能走得远.
Bama现在talent wise还是远远比Ole Miss好，但是打球不能有恃强凌弱的自我认知，
好像All Stars Game一样摆着打就能赢，对方一旦发飙就被打懵了。Landon Collins作
为All American Safety，被人直接bump and run的regular route beat，最后连手都
懒的伸一下，这NM完全属于心理崩溃了。
另外我觉得Kirby Smart现在纯吃老本行，防守play一点变化都没有，pass rush，造
turn over能力逐年下降，二线多年眼神防守，这些都是defense scheme level的问题
，丫要负主要责任。

1、oline本来就差，两个AA加上一个最差，加上一个inconsistent的frosh。Urban自己
就说过如果start frosh说明有问题。Jordan一倒oline就成了门森dline的后花园了。
2、Weber作为RS frosh，放炮两次。
3、Special team就不提了。
4、防守总体还可以，但是还是不够suffocating。急需DT，急需急需啊。
一个资深球队，如昨天的有米，作为一个team就能够regroup。巴盖这么年轻的球队，
打击之下就溃不成军了。
门森很牛，我一直很喜欢Watson，希望他如愿拿到NC。
巴盖球迷们洒脱一点，胜败兵家常事。又不是没输过。 |

发帖数: 379 | 33 Memorial day去Blake Island度周末是club的一个传统，已经连续好几年了。小岛本身
是个州立公园，位于Pudge Sounds的中段，西雅图的西侧。我们选择从奥林匹亚半岛上
的Manchester放船，除了因为这里与岛西北角的营地直线距离最短，还因为这段水域不
需要跨过繁忙的货轮运输线，相对比较安全。早上7点半到Issaquash的Kayak Academy
领船，拿到了一艘Tiderace的Xcite-8。第一次自己运船，在车顶固定结实以后高速上
开着还是非常稳的，完全没有影响。
到地方之后开始装船，船舱的空间说是比backpack大得多，但其实packing起来要
tricky得多。主要Xcite-8的后舱面很平，所以舱里的空间被压缩的很矮，而且舱口挺
小的，导致舱里最深的两端不太容易取放东西。我带了6L水，都放在座位附近。用了一
个35L的防水袋装所有camping的东西，长宽fit后舱倒是刚合适，不过有点高，挤啊挤
、压啊压很艰难的才给摁进去。Packing最重要的就是balance，左右前后都需要。我因

发帖数: 379 | 34 周末一起爬Shuksan的九个人里，Vineeth、Sean和我都是去年同一个周末被从Shuksan
的trailhead一路浇到high camp，再一路浇回来的难友，不过今年这个周末的天气预报
看起来不错。星期六踩着八点钟ranger station开门的点去领permit，还有一个4个日
本人的队伍和我们差不多时候到。现在Shuksan的permit有限制了，一次只发6个group
，还是所有线路合在一起算的，这个周末的所有permit都已经被预订了，不过有两个的
还没来取，ranger让我们等等，说打电话帮我们问问。等了有半个多小时吧，都在商量
改走Baker的Boulder了，ranger告知那两个group都出了点问题来不了了，于是我们和
那个日本人的队伍一队领了一个permit，皆大欢喜。
大概十点半从trailhead出发的。很小的parking lot，车子都停满了，别看地方很偏，
还真有ranger专门来检查parking permit的... 四面全是云啊，低低的包围着，什么都
看不到，又让我们联想起去年的悲惨经历，NOAA真是越来越不乖了:-( 一开始1.5

发帖数: 379 | 35 第一次跟meetup去winter scramble。之前听人介绍说ePeaks这个meetup还挺靠谱的，
也不知道他们一般三星trip不带新人的传统，就冒冒失失的sign up了周末的
Snoqualmie Mtn。刚好这个周末的活动有三个组织者，可以多带几个新人，Val就把我
捎上了。八点到Alpental的停车场，已经没什么空位了。Val带的group gear可真够全
的，两个bivy，3根30米twin的绳子，若干捆细细的cord不知道干嘛用的，还有几个装
满热巧克力的保温杯——总共11个人，摊下来倒是都没多少重量；另外每人还发了一个
biner和两根cord，说是做harness用的。所以这个活动，新人还是会觉得比较安全的，
因为只要不comfortable的地方都可以要求belay。在停车场的时候望了一眼Snoqualmie
的山顶，风刮起的雪粒如炊烟般连绵不绝，看的好冷啊~
八点多从trailhead出发的，路线描述起来就两字，straight up。GPS记录一共3350ft

marathons this year -- very slowly -- as training runs in preparation for
the ultra. |

two very important items. One of the two might/could have been
detrimental. I left home without suntan lotion and went to the
starting line without salt packets. The salt from McD was left in the
car. In retrospect, I still had time to get back to the car, but
decided against it. Instead took a spot closest to the starting line,
or toeing the line sort of speak.

I went for a 15-miler
yesterday and my body was already shutting down in the final two miles. I
was just glad that I didn't sign for
LIM this year.:)
Do another marathon under cooler conditions and you'll BQ for sure. |

(next Monday will be a complete unknown - I could either surprise myself or fall apart). Perhaps next year, I
