1. 可能knockdown的效率是太低了。我做的细胞是一种增殖很快的细胞，如果每两天传
代一次，需要稀释20倍才行 （0.5ml/10ml）。在不同的时间检测siRNA knockdown的效
果，发现在24小时是最好的；48小时后 mRNA 差异已经变小；72小时后已经几乎没有区
别。所以说，连着几次转染由于转染试剂毒性的问题也不太可能。可能需要试一试
shRNA，看效果是不是会好些。
2. 我也担心20%的差异可能太小了；但是唯一值得安慰的是，重复了4－5次，每次都是
降低20％以上，即使直接knockdown基因F自己，也只是比knockdown transcription
factor G略低而已。

什么叫反馈是不是一样？需要把问题具体下来。
基本上每个都不一样。都是根据需要调参数的，或者重新design的。差别很大。
而且也会用nmos,或者bipolar，种类很多。
就好比问，四个轮子的车是不是一样的？回答就是，根据不同需要，差别可以极大 |

难道这就是大多数硕士的生存状态: 自己选准一个方向(比如VLSI)然后利用课程中的
project积攒经验, 然后跟着advisor选另一个方向混点研究经验(比如这里的voltage
regulator)挂个名在paper上面(如果能混到挂名的话).
然后找工作的时候, 哪个方向能扯上关系就提哪个方向..
要真是这样的话我也能接受....其实想想也不错的.... 就是跟我以前想的有点不一样
另,我看学校的课程中, VLSI的课内project做了只是一个的FPGA流程:从前端到后端,还
是集体project (10个人左右).
只靠这一个project出来找工作还不够吧. |

硕士那么一两年真干不了什么，project就是打打杂就好了，做个把supplemental的模
块比如regulator之类的，就挺合适了。真叫你一硕士挑大梁做大系统？做high
performance做创新？就算老师愿意，你还不得发愁这tapeout要是干砸了怎么毕业？
提醒一下，硕士找工作paper基本没用，另外学校location很重要 |

在一起了，然后钢丝的一头就从让glass window移动的机构上脱开了
东岸的bimmer可以试试看getbmwparts.com,free ups ground shipping，从MD运出来的
，还是很快的。从首页的special进去还能有一定的折扣.

简要总结一下步骤
如果没有rear side airbag的话，不用disconnect 电池
1.用一字screw driver撬开door trim 条（开门把手边上那条），这条下面有两个固定
塑料trim的螺丝Torx20
2.撬开整个车窗按钮，从后面拔掉接头，这个下面也有一个T20螺丝
3.车门扶手下面有两个塑料盖子，同样撬开，每个盖子下面各有一个T20螺丝
4.拧开这5个T20螺丝，开门把手边上那个特别长，别搞混了
