按时下班，加班一两个小时是常事。现在有家医院的reh让我去面试，不知道医院的reh
和nursing reh有什么差别没有？ 一个护士管多少个病人？

比MS容易，但是要帮忙准备好病人去做Physical therapy 或者occupational therapy

因为女儿挑食，挑挑拣拣吃了面包皮，馅就扔在桌上
没想到看到一个黑点，凑近一看，是颗老鼠大便
我已经吃了一整个豆沙面包，看着恶心之至！
迄今为止大亚洲方面没有看到过面包以及任何照片，而现在给的回复是他们仔细查了，没有发现有老鼠。
这个是紫署，说他们是纯天然的，而且下午把紫署和芋头又作了一遍，发现也有小黑点，所以他们没有责任。
我经常拿紫薯作点心，我周围也有不少朋友吃过我家的紫署点心，话说我也没有这么好的功力作出这种颜色，形状的紫署颗粒。
版上有人知道怎么投诉麻烦吆喝下哈！

发帖数: 178 | 18 在非stressed状态下做p53的IB一般来说比较困难。CM5一般用在mouse p53上，按我的
经验应该能看到physiological level的p53，但会比较弱。
这个Reh是leukemia cell line吧，可能本来p53就缺失，有相关信息么？
经典的positive control，要不就是用0.2ug/ml Doxorubixin处理细胞6小时，或者5Gy
IR照射p53 wild-type细胞，然后提蛋白做IB。 |

发帖数: 2346 | 19 我们用的就是第一种方法，蛮好的，我没觉得有什么问题。因为就算是这个plasmid的
所有sequence都被methylated了也无所谓，转到细胞内以后只关心我的promoter和
luciferase的转录表达，其余backbone上的序列不要也无所谓，有没有转录表达没关系
。再说你肯定要做一个control。
第二种方法看上去确实是更严谨，但是我个人认为和luciferase转录表达有关的，来自
plasmid的只有promoter和后面的polyA了，不一定对啊。
如果你实在不放心可以去要这个质粒：(pCpGl-basic)。backbone上都是修饰过的没有
潜在methylation位点的。整个plasmid拿来做in vitro methylation对backbone没有影
响。

一家nursing home reh的白班12x3/wk,
另一个是hospital夜班8x5/wk.
貌似nursing home的收入还高一点，但是据说nursing home基本不可能按时下班。
我很犹豫，不知道是不是还是hospital更好一点啊？大家指点一下吧。
