第一个问题，AlphaGO涉及到机器学习中的supervised learning（SL）和RL。这是机器
学习下的两个分支。deep learning是目前兴起的另外一个分支。Deep Mind正是运用
deep learning的deep neural network作为基础架构来解决 prediction （涉及SL）和
action selection 问题（涉及RL）。
第二个问题，AlphaGO 基础构造
1）利用SL学习了一个policy network。这里解释一下policy，policy是RL，control
thoery中的一个重要概念，简单来讲就是当遇到各种环境反馈时，应该如何选择下一步

UofAlberta有Reinforcement Learning的奠基人Rich Sutton，和几位国际知名的机器
学习专家。
也有非常强的GAMES Group，曾经做Checker程序打败世界冠军（比DeepBlue早）。
目前也在做Poker，跟世界级的高手比过，例如Laak，成绩不错。
DeepMind里也有Hinton的学生。
Huang是并列第一的作者。

的又快又好。但是和人交流就不行了，更别说追白牛。
流水线工人这种最底端，相当于简单的有限状态机，只能反复重复做几个动作，把装配
工作做完了就回到初始状态，循环往复。
千老高端一点，具有一定的搜索功能，比如长晶体、跑胶、过柱子的时候能够筛选最佳
条件，而且会用heuristics。千老的搜索方式，一种是depth-first，比如开发合成路
线，一
步反应不成功就退回到之前一步，然后换一条路线重新搜索。一种是breadth-first，
比如搞催化。一个分子，这边加一个取代基，那边加一个氢键受体，各种过渡金属按序
号全试一遍。做出来之后试试有没有选择性，ee值够不够高。循环往复。Design space
很大，所以需要很多千老AI不断工作。
码农增加了深度学习功能，虽然比不过阿尔法狗，但是学会写if...else...else if够
用了。再增加一层的神经元处理function，一层神经元用来处理object。一层

完善，科研有时最重要的是提出问题。二是最近流行的深度学习需要极多的训练样本，
人类的线上高水平比赛很多能够提供足够的样本。三是问题足够难，进展如何通过人机
对战、线上测试一清二楚，而不是研究者自说自话。
围棋是“完全信息博弈”（局面摆明，理论上有确定结论）游戏里最复杂的一个，又很
有艺术性。在围棋上战胜人类，就实现了Deepmind负责人哈萨比斯的说法，机器自我对
弈不断自我学习的方法可以解决一切基于推理的棋类游戏。
