具体题目就不上了，大致说说感觉
1. 第一个电面是个国人，问的题目不难也不是很简单，会挣扎一下
2. 二面是问的merge k sorted list，然后写unit test程序然后聊聊数据库的基本知识
Onsite技术面是5轮：
1. 一个MSR的印度人，问得是一个merge sort的变体，先写简单的code然后再要不断改
变条件问怎么改进。卡住了他会有些提示，整个过程还是蛮愉快的，但是可能反应慢了
一点。
2. 一个印度人，他觉得答得最好。问了3个题，第一题是关于多线程的问题，64位变量
在32位操作系统多线程出的一些问题(居然说long在32位下是8个字节)，直接写出汇编
代码再分析给他听的。修改为线程安全类，然后问读操作多该怎么整提高效率，然后要
实现一个什么什么锁(你们猜的到的，最后做出来了应为我见过这题,就是那个semaphor
+ mutex)。最后问了一个用堆解决的问题。都要coding。
3. 国人。问了一个算法。一开始设计数据结构，给出了merge sort的方案，code之，

insufficient fund)，uscis给我发mail（两封）指示如何correct payment，但这些信
我一直没有收到（现在猜测可能寄到我的支票地址了）。这两封信故事如下：我及时
call uscis，联系学校isss，答复是必须等待uscis的mail，除mail不提供信息。30天
后收不到再次call uscis，他们于是发出第二封。
接着7月底接到两封相隔4天conflicting的uscis notice，第一封说我的payment已收到
，application resuming；第二封说我的application rejected as improper filed (

rejected，sevis还是pending，sevis only talks to the student's school
officials on the student's behalf. 而我底school official称多方交涉无法更新我
底sevis record。phd supervisor帮我push了也无果。这个pending record可能导致我
的新opt直接被拒 @.@~~~
上面是我打了n多电话，骚扰n次老板，无数thank you之后学习到底一咪咪垃圾。。。

现在要再申请。碰到问题是sevis和uscis records不一致。
学校international student office称这是他们没见过的官僚问题，对下面申请影响不
小。
push学校很多次无果。
请教，再申请中，我本人除了增加cover letter解释conflicting records，我可以努
力什么？

发帖数: 20 | 36 版上好心人多牛人也多，所以特地发帖求指导和帮助，。公司内部换组，刚刚接受一个
组的口头offer （不过official的HR给出的offer还没sign），结果又收到了更想去的
一个组的offer，同时还有一个已经回复说不去了的组 又联系说会给安排更多high
impact的proj，更快的growth之类，所以现在有开始动摇不想去已经接受的那个组了。
工作以后第一次尝试内部换组没有经验，所以想请教大家这种情况还可以reject offer
吗，而且因为是内部的所以担心随便折腾可能会有很坏的影响和后果。。。
（PS：公司的policy是内部换组没有升职加薪，所以也没有negotiate offer一说了，
关键考虑的也就是对一个组做的东西的兴趣，组里同事，未来grow什么的）
