一点torts，刑法，civil procedure等等知识来浅谈，不免贻笑大方了。我觉得如果要
求金钱赔偿，必然有一个证明赔偿金额合理性的问题。除非是壹块钱这样的norminal
damage （也是可以的选择），一般的damage金额（如1百万）要能被批准除非原告能证
明有物理损伤的精神损失，然后根据具体多少损失来估计赔偿金额，或者能以强有力的
证据证明abc或kimmel违法，法官愿意给punitive damage. 我这只是自己的想当然，没
有做过更多研究。不过我还是觉得证明金额合理性是很难的，除非将来有受这次事件教
唆的对华人华裔的人身伤害，我觉的要取胜很困难，punitive damage 很难。不需要伤
害结果的罪行可能有，但应该不会这么容易取胜。考虑到可能会变成class action，法
庭未必会同意给任何一个原告具体金额赔偿（因为那样所有原告都应该同样赔偿）。
如果我们追求declarative relief，法庭只需要判决abc的行为违法。如果追求

定义联邦税和州税是不一样的，那到底是NR还是R呢?我看了511表的定义后觉得应该还
是NR，大家都怎么理解的？
还有，如果是resident的话，那我们是F1的可以claim sales tax relief吗？我用H&R
软件报的时候它给我加上了，但我自己看538-S表的instruction，后面有句话说
Individuals living in Oklahoma under a visa do not qualify for the sales tax
relief，应该是不能claim的，而且我印象中软件也没有问我是不是持F1签证，我觉得
报州税是不是用软件不太准？

inflmmation in tenosynovial sac, prevent the formation of adhesions and
recurrence. The therapy in acute setting consists of pain relief and
restriction of the thumb gripping and grasping.

简单说一下， 我这款镜子不是SS 的高端产品， 而且俺也没真正的使用， 所以俺的意
见仅作极其初步的参考哈
买的时候， 完全是被SWFA 上面一些极其好的评价引导作出了购买决定
但是在试用的过程中， 发现几点： 一时玻璃没有那些评论说的那么清晰， 感觉比不
上俺的BUSHNELL LEGEND HD， 那一款也是299， 4.5-14倍； 二是这款SS 的镜子似
乎对于eye relief要求很critical， 就是说眼睛距离离目镜的要求比较苛刻， 这是俺
最不满的一点， 俺希望this eye relief is not so critical, not so tight
另外就是上面谈到的， 没有镜头盖子， 另外30毫米的井筒， 还需要另买镜环。 镜环
这点是早就考虑了的。 但是所有这些负面因素加在一起， 感觉没必要保留。 |

的。以前用铁瞄玩过几次，K31的铁瞄不是太好用，所以这支步枪的精度一直也不能确
定。俺最近决定在不改枪的前提下，上个简易的光瞄，以便测测K31闻名的精度是否名
副其实。
于是买了一个把rear sight换掉的scout mount，装起来很简单，不用任何永久性改造
，几分钟完成。这个位置镜子不好找，结果决定先试验一个39.99的NCStar的long eye
relief scope。
今天下午第一次去试验了一下，用了GP11产于1979年的军剩弹药。NCStar的镜子果然如
网上评论，基本只能算玩具。其实成像的亮度还是可以的，就是调节基本毫无准确性可
言，elevation和windage基本靠瞎蒙。如果着弹点高4寸，按照镜子所注的每一click是
1/4MOA，100码调16下，结果还高3寸，再调16下，低了。Windage也一样。结果乱调一
气，最后用了20发子弹，总算是基本在100码归零了。
归零了以后打了10发，这里展示前六发，3发一组。第一组大约呈一个等边三角形，第
