3. 调度能不能远程遥控让机车停车或者减速？作为来不及通知司机的后备？
4. 根据报道，似乎机车上面并不知道前车后车对于自己的相对位置速度信息？这点

理解，调度需要知道所有车队位置，但是每辆列车需要关心的只是在这段轨道上
