1) 用了SELLER AGENT做我的BUYER AGENT. 基本上是他让出多少就出了多少. 结果
在不要TERMITE CONTIGENCY 和Sold "As Is"的条件下比出价高10%拿到房子. AGENT说
还有人出得更高, 最终选我是因为我没有加TERMITE CONTIGENCY. 我的问题是: 我怎么
能知道别人出了多少? AGENT的话能信吗?
2) HOUSE INSPECTION 查出一大堆问题. 跟Agent说好几天后找专家更深入地检查.
Agent非要独自带着他请的专家今天去检查. 我有事不能去, 发了两次email要他
remake appointment．但Agent根本不管,独自去了． 回来发个email，说查出来什么
都是好的．我很生气. 想不理他的email，自己再找人去查. 我的问题是:
Inspection Contigency该怎么用? 如果到时候Agent说没事,我认为有问题,我能Back

N 次的emails 来回，投入的时间大家可以想像。而那位同学最后拒绝把检测过程贴回
班上。违背了当时的承诺。当时这位同学还特别说到 ”我想还是贴出来大家可以参考
一下比较有意义“。 但是最后的回复让我无语。你花的时间和精力是应该的，而你根
本没有感受到我投入的时间和精力。你说你花了很多钱，你花了多少钱? 这钱又不是给
我的。 在开始前我事先有提醒过你，问题只有一个，一要有耐心，二可能会花点小钱。
现在帮你彻底问题检查出来，你居然这样对我说。如果要知道你不会贴回班上，我是肯
定不会帮你的。我要的是大家一起受益。
在四月底我的一个情绪反映，现在回想起，其实是成立的。你很有可能已经知道了问题
，所以采取不理，以为这样就可过去，想不到的是我对这玩意的极大兴趣让我不卸地坚
持下去。
当时还没有空调俱乐部， 是通过email. 里边因该不是全部，有时候我不是紧接着上下
回的。还有大量的图片。以后我将会整理出来，作为技术贴。大家看是要按日期由下朝
上看。

很多人都知道了，描述中国入侵美国的排华电影red dawn今年出来，基本是赤裸裸地排华了，会对整个华人社区带来很大冲击，因为以苏联入侵美国为内容的1984年版出来的时候，苏联移民就深受其害。而我的一个30多的美国同事对中国很友好，他总说他就是看了1984版red dawn后才知道中国是美国的盟国的。

身容易尝试各种事物（比如毒品），包括跟父母“对着干”。另外，这期间心理上正经

pressure影响)。由于社会经验不够，美国大众传媒对中国持排斥态度，以及对亚裔各
种形象，语言和行为上诸种歧视，导致很多华裔小孩对中国，对华裔血统产生排斥态度。
中国长大的小孩从小受的教育则是中国历史之悠久，人文山川之博大，汉唐盛世等等等
等，只是最近一两百年才落后。民族自豪感来自祖先的强大，以及祖先与自身同血源同
文化（所以印度人民族自豪感远不如中国人，东亚三国排斥移民等等）。受这种教育自
然认同中国（广义，不限目前政权）和华裔。
如果要增强华裔小孩对中国（广义）的认同，需要强调一下几点：
