Revenue rose 7% on sales growth for diabetes drugs Januvia and Janumet, as
well as anti-inflammatory drug Remicade.

国就是mtx + remicade 标准的治疗。中国大多数眼科医生不会用风湿药，治疗理念不

好久没有正经写点东西了, 今天说说rheumatoid arthritis.
Inappropriate inflammatory cell response is associated with autoimmune
diseases, a spectrum of disorders in which the immune system malfunctions
and causes the body to attack its own organs, tissues, and cells.
The body's own immune system attacks a joint's synovial membrane, which
becomes inflamed, secretes fluid, and the cartilage becomes rough and pitted.

if it's ulcerative colitis, it is one of the inflammatory bowel dises along
with crohn's disease,
as far as treatment goes, sulfasalazine has been the mainstay of drug; if it
doesn't work well, sometime they will add steroid, for instance,
hydrocortisone enema for the distal ulcerative colitis, or oral steroid, but
the side effects of steroid have to be considered,
immunosuppressive agents such as imuran and cyclosporine are sometimes used
also,

sounds like she has arthritis involvement also, i think she'd need at least
methotraxate, better yet use enbrel or remicade,
i think enbrel is dosed as one or twice a week, i don't think it completely
cure the disease but would improve her symptoms a lot, |

depends on severity of the disease, the treatment varies from analgesics to
NSAIDS to disease modifying antirheumatic drugs that includes remicade and
enbrel and such,
you'd need to see a rheumatologist, or at least a primary doctor to get the
DMARDs, |

ustekinumab is still pending FDA approval so you won't be able to get it
from the states,
all other immunomodulators such as humira, remicade, and enbrel are all
hideously expensive,and they all come with risk of severe infections such as
reactivation of TB,
you probably want to make sure he indeed exhausted all other treatment
modalities before resort to newer and more expensive options,
for instance, even for severe psoriais, you can still try systemic
methotraxate or cyclosporine, i imagine |

醉软膏），达力士（卡泊三醉擦剂), 可是翻译成英语是什么呀？请问有高人知道有什
么治疗这种病的非处方药么？我查到名字叫 psoriasis, 也找到几种药名Amevive®
(alefacept) or RAPTIVA®(efalizumab), Enbrel®(etanercept) ，HUMIRA&
reg; (adalimumab), Remicade®(infliximab), Methotrexate, cyclosporine or
SORIATANE®(acitretin), Topical creams (prescription only)
可是哪一种都不象人家说的那两种呀。盼高人解答, 先谢过了！！ |

的资料.我查了Wiki和一些专业网状站, 但是不清楚这些药的中文名,也不知道在国内有
没有卖的.不知哪位朋友知道相关信息?如能分享,万分感谢!!
我查到的药有: indomethacin (Indocin), tolmetin (Tolectin), sulindac (
Clinoril), naproxen (Naprosyn), and diclofenac (Voltaren), sulfasalazine (
Azulfidine), etanercept (Enbrel), infliximab (Remicade), and adalimumab (
Humira). |

发帖数: 5737 | 11 可以试试生物制剂，国内就有，查一下益赛普(Etanercept)或者类克(Remicade)或者修
美乐（adalimumab）
风湿跟类风湿是两个概念，类风湿也不会转成强柱，但是可以同时在一个人身上得，对
于你爸爸这个年纪，强柱的诊断还是要慎重一点。好在不管类风湿还是强柱，生物制剂
都是有效的，就是比较贵。
注意睡硬板床，多锻炼腰背部

It is an antibody TNF-a inhibitor, and made by Amgen.
Another similar product is Remicade, from Johnson & Johnson.

short-sighted and only interested in publishing trash. To add a few more
achievements of life sciences:
Enbrel/Remicade/Humira for the treatment of arthritis
Rituxan: treatment of lymphoma (cure >50%)
More recently:
PLX4032 for the treatment of melanoma
MDX-1106/MDX-1105: cure 30-40% patients with lung cancer, kidney cancer and
melanoma |

below drugs for free. Each of the current top RA drugs: remicade, enbrel and
humira makes more than 3B annually. Companies do not care thousands of $
buying a couple of analysis report. Besides, I have to tell you that most of
those report are not very predictive, based on my experiences. |

Shanghai should be able to treat this. The cheapest and most basic
treatment option is steroids like prednisone. Other treatments including
mesalamine, Remicade, azathioprine can be quite expensive.
This is a chronic disease and can't be completely cured. He should be
prepared to take medications for life. |
