iPhone是个革命性和划时代的工具。
我个人认为，每一个Realtor都需要买个iPhone。基本带一个iPhone，其它所有东西都
不用带了。总结一下其功能。
基本功能：
1）Mobile Phone：就是移动手机的功能，到哪里都能接电话。
2）Text message，发短信息。比如通知一个地址什么的。你也可以用Free的TextFree。
3）Mail：收发邮件，你可以联上Google, Yahoo的帐户。
4）Notes: 快速记些Note。
5) Reminders：重要事情，我会加个reminder。
以上是作为智能手机所有的基本功能。
下面是有用的APP，
1）Browser，我用的是Opera Mini和付费的iCabMobile,你也可以用随机的Safari。用

I did a dive Friday morning by myself @ County Line-- which is a great dive
when conditions are good, but Friday it sucked. I swam out about 150 yards
to the first patches of kelp and then dropped down to about 16' and less
than 5' of murky viz. I hoped it would get better as I hit the reef, so I
headed out and at 25' came over the tops of some short kelp onto a patch of

not without risk.
At a party last month, an old friend came up to me and gently reminded me of
serious running risk. Case in point, a 50+ year-old colleague of his died
of cardiac arrest during routine work in his Lab. This guy was actually training for his 2nd
marathon. Though he was not a runner before, in his first marathon last year
