As far as I know, he didn't notify USCIS about this and he got his green card in '09. Another question I have is that whether the applicant should maintain H1B status while work remotely in home country waiting to submit 485.

请问在国内等是否需要保持h1b的身份呢？比如h1b到期是否应该renew? 我想象有两种
情况；
第一种情况
1. 等140approve了后回国remote工作
2. 如果期间保持h1b （工资和税仍然走公司payroll），那就需要,保持一个美国通讯
地址，时不时回来美国一趟，而且要做好被使馆官员和海关官员仔细询问为什么在国内
呆这么久的准备，有签证和入关的风险。
3. 等485排期接近的时候回美国做AOS.
第二种情况， 这种情况很折腾，只是探讨在雇主全力配合的情况下，技术上是否可行
。
1.等140approve了，回国remote工作。
2. 期间不renew H1b， 目前的H1b结束以后，以海外contractor的身份为目前的雇主工
作，工资不走公司的employee payroll---这可能需要回国成立个人公司. 如果需要回
美国总部，就申请B1签证。
3. 等485排期大概有1年多的时候，再请求公司重新办perm和140，link老的priority
date. |

Most of the HDTV support HDMI CEC. Works okay for movie watching for me.
However, none Sony Brand TV remotes may not map all of the PS3 buttons. YMMV
. Give it a try especially you have Sony Brand HDTV with HDMI CEC.
You need to turn on both HDMI CEC function in your TV and also turn on "HDMI
Control" in the system setting in PS3. |

remote。本来是想设成 multi-exposure，将多个月亮拍成一张图。。。但是，虽然拍
前试验了下，确定可以用timer remote实现multi-exposure，开拍时还是出了差错，拍
成了多个单张图（汗）。。。只好回来后用photoshop耍流氓。。。
下面的图是10张拼合而成的。。涉及头灯光（tent），月光，星光，阳光（鱼肚白），
晚上10点过拍了帐篷后，我设置了晚上12点开始（因为11：40PM月出），每半小时拍一
张，直到早晨6点。
此前又拍星轨一张（说实话我已经有些拍厌了。。：P），曝光1个半小时，Joshua
Tree是被车尾灯染红的。。。
顺手再加一张星空御帐，本是所谓构图用的，ISO设了1600.。 |
