inspections, disclosure, appraisal等等）一样都是17天。这十七天不是工作日，而
是周末也包括在内的calendar days. 对于lender来说，这十七天是比较紧的，特别像
Wells Fargo, Bank of America之类的大银行，速度本来就较其它的小银行慢。 如果
买方不是一进escrow就start the loan process, 或者在贷款过程中碰到一些原本没有
预料到的情况， 往往就要超过17天，这时候就要向seller递交延期。交易中与之相伴
的问题是，贷款开始了，就有一些费用，比如$400-$500之间的appraisal fee和其它的
费用，这时候各项inspection的报告开始出来了，disclosure文件收到了，里面有不满
意的东西想walk out，但想想贷款的费用已经发生了，就有点不情不愿的take了，或者

Mac beta that the company released for OS X Lion in mid-February to provide
a preview of the functionality coming in OS X Mountain Lion.
There’s still a Messages for Mac link at the bottom of Apple’s Downloads
