发帖数: 146 | 30 在去年的焦躁不安中联系了很多Externship，以备 Match 2nd attempt 之用。对商业
性质的机构，比如 IMG Prep、FMG portal、MedClerkships、AmeriClerkships，总是
有些疑虑，不仅因为和他们联系时他们过度大包大揽的豪迈，也因为听到周围参加过的
朋友的诸多抱怨。所以，自己花功夫直接联系了一些医院和诊所（反正这些公司就是介
于我们和医院之间的中介，利用信息不对称来赚钱），下面三个是我推荐的。首先声明
，我自己并没有真正去这些地方做过Externship，不过从和他们沟通的经历来看，很有
可能是地地道道的 hands-on USCE。其中真伪，还需各位童鞋自行辨别。除了名声在外
的 Pan Asia Healthcare Foundation 和 ACAP program 之外，这些也可以是一个选择。

医院： jackson park hospital
地点在chicago，南区，比较乱，注意安全，可以在唐人街附近住，交通不到一个小时
，可以乘地铁转bus，可以自己开车，医院有免费停车场。 不建议住在医院附近。
可以自己和小蜜 （Renae Ross？）联系，上他们的网站，有信息，一个月1000多，一
个月的malpractice insurance 300多，第二个月insurance好像是五十。 通过中介联
系就比较贵了。
我当时跟的是心内科医生 Gaddam，感觉挺好的，可以hands on，老师也讲东西。学生
来自中东，印度~~~，一个组五六个人（在五六月份）
还offer 神经内科，path, 麻醉？等。 这家医院有自己的family medicine residency
program。

基金经理们已经没个人隐私可言，比如规定基金经理不得用个人手机或进入办公室就要
上交手机下班再取，然后每个基金经理桌子旁摄像头24小时对着你，电脑，email, qq
等等处于全面监控状态。
中高端金融这块，爱折腾的，还是国内发财机会比较多。
王亚伟这样的 star，在华夏一年大约是1千多万；
但如管理一个相同规模的私募，一年收入加提成就是数亿，
所以他也跑去干私募了。
私募这块，现在国内也是风起云涌，有些已经挺牛B的。
也许10年之后，就会出现如 citadel, d.e. shaw, rena tech 这样级别的。 |

link between weight loss and improved memory and concentration. The
