Untold Story. It said that when Red Army entered Shanghai in 1949, there was
no celebration. A few months later, Chinese communists renacted the entry,
with lots of people acting to show welcome. Here is the cover of that book (
there is no content).

文儿童书，好都很好，但也都贵，十几美元一本。看到熊亮有一本《京剧猫》(When
the Beijing Opera House falls quiet, the cats come out to renact their
favorite Chinese operas)，还有两本《三岔口》和《窦娥冤》不知道是不是他的。另
外还有一套中国哲学故事书《孔子说你好》、《老子说大家好》、《庄子说我很好》，
听上去也挺好玩。我附熊亮的那页广告。 |
