能具体讲讲有什么条件么?
我Lock的时候是4.625, 然后付差不多0.26%
现在Rate可以Reneg到4.375, 应该可以拿0.75%Credit回来的
开始Broker说Lender一般是Charge 0.50%, 这样我们应该能拿0.25% Credit回来
可是后来Lender说只能变利率,不能拿Credit,原来的0.26%照付
这样一进一出,我们等于付给Lender 1%左右了。
一般情况是这样么?

If you don't have a written lease, then you have even less of a case against
the landlord. Verbal contract is still a contract, the rent receipt proves
your wife had a lease agreement with him, but you can't prove if landlord
reneged on promise to not withhold deposit. If you treat this as a month to

No big deal. I have seen hrs from some companies pushing you to accept their
offer while knowing that you might be getting a better one(in terms of
salary) in one week. Renegate an offer you already accepted is bad, but
going to company A and work for a few days then quit is much worse.
Next time, ask for extension before accept an offer. The truth is, once a
company gives you an offer, they will wait as long as you wish. It is very
rare for companies to take back an offer and give it to another

五月份毕业的new grad。三个星期前签了一家公司A,因为感觉manager人很nice,还有
方向对口,就签了(at will employment),现在背景调查以经做完。结果后面又拿了
一个更想去的offer B,让周一前答复。现在决定要不要毁约搞得很痛苦纠结。
在版上考古的出来的结论是唯一后果就是 A以后会blacklist,不知道对不对? 还有想
请有类似经验的同学指点下具体操作流程, 是应该先签了B然后再毁A对吧? 需要跟经
理和recruiter都打电话解释道歉吗?
也Google了好久关于renege on a job offer的帖子,美国佬的意见也差不多是:
1. no legal obligation.
2. Unethical, burn bridge.
3. But you need to do what is best for you.
因为B从薪水,地理位置和使用技术上都比A要理想不少,所以才很认真的想毁约。 从
来没工作过,结果第一次就碰到这种烦心事,请板上有经验的大哥大姐指点。
