我Lock的时候是4.625， 然后付差不多0.26%
现在Rate可以Reneg到4.375， 应该可以拿0.75%Credit回来的
开始Broker说Lender一般是Charge 0.50%， 这样我们应该能拿0.25% Credit回来
可是后来Lender说只能变利率，不能拿Credit，原来的0.26%照付
这样一进一出，我们等于付给Lender 1%左右了。

offer while knowing that you might be getting a better one(in terms of
salary) in one week. Renegate an offer you already accepted is bad, but
going to company A and work for a few days then quit is much worse.
Next time, ask for extension before accept an offer. The truth is, once a
company gives you an offer, they will wait as long as you wish. It is very
rare for companies to take back an offer and give it to another |

也Google了好久关于renege on a job offer的帖子，美国佬的意见也差不多是:
1. no legal obligation.
2. Unethical, burn bridge.
3. But you need to do what is best for you.
因为B从薪水，地理位置和使用技术上都比A要理想不少，所以才很认真的想毁约。 从
