百左右，我们还是决定自己上。
陈词的时候主要想make两个points，

设计公司会要求owner切豆腐分别找人申请各类permit的。
我现在请的设计公司（全职的正式公司）的承诺提供CAD数据的，permit不下来不收费
，如果合作愉快，我会公开推荐这个公司，那些不相信有这样公司的人就不要和我争了。
这个house是我的，roof是属于我的。没有HOA。只要符合building code要求，我就可
以申请permit施工。笑我厕所小的人如果你能找到building code否决我的设计，欢迎
指导。
估计板上有陈先生的朋友或者类似他的人。近2千块钱就画个平面图，开玩笑呢。
contract要求写得清清楚楚，要求全包的。不会做就不要冲大头。
他用的英文名，公司也是皮包公司，要换个名字容易得很，曝光名字意义不大，我也不
想拖其他人下水。我已经给了他警告，也准备去small claim court，暂时不想把法律
纠纷公开化。

If some contractor offers to remodel your house for $500K you will call him
insane since $500K will build you a brand new house.
However when politicians propose to spend $30M to renovate an elementary
school when $30M is probably the price tag for a brand new school somewhere
else, everyone seems ok with that.

AU jumped in, and then MSU. This caused delay in renovation. I am sure it's
not cash or something similar. It's probably some AU boosters' did the
renovation and from surface, you cannot see any trace of AU's direct
involvement.
This happens everywhere. Look at last year's Calvin Smith. Went to 'New
Mexico' after they hired his father, who has been out of job for months. In
this regard, no one's butt is clean.

Birch Bay is a small retirement town located at the US-Canada boarder on the
Pacific coast. Vancouver is on the north side of the bay. Victoria, the
capitol of BC, is on the southwest across the bay and small islands.
The race is a low profile local one, limited to 450 runners including 1/2
and full runners. It is usually not filled. It's organized by a local
athlete club.
