因为在willobrook的网站上， 发现rent只有439， two bed. 三个bed. 的反而还便宜
些，大概349， 所以怀疑这个rent是指一个人的。 但是不知道Beau Jardin的rent是
不是也一个意思，如果是一个人的是不是太贵了？

位于Arriba St.（VONS 对面）的小区里面3B2B的townhouse，其中一间房间出租，与另一房
间的来自中国的UCSD博士男生共同使用一个洗手间， 房间里面有床和电脑桌及柜子等家具，
房东甚至提供床上用品， 单人入住的价格是778/月，夫妇入住的价格是857/月，该费用包括
水电费及网费等公用费用，除了做饭的米油盐之类不包括之外，纸巾和洗衣剂的费用都包括
在内，押金200刀，最早的入住时间在11月13日。
房间都在二楼，一楼是厨房和客厅，房东是位非常nice的老头，呵呵，当时我老婆从国内

传统的观点是比较拥有房子和租金的高低。拥有房子的成本包括closing fee,
mortgage, property tax, insurance, maintenance，commission等。决定很简单，租
金低，租房；租金高，买房。
传统观点之二是single or married. 这个我就不唐了。
我提供一个alternative view: 是否愿意settle down，房屋价格走势，贷款利率，出
租部分房间带来的收入。

Then, forget it. I think you’d better rent. 如果你的回答是比较肯定的话（如
75%可能性），你可以考虑买房子了。
2、美国房价止跌回升，因此买房的风险变小，reward potential变大。最新的S&P/
Case Shiller composite index数据显示美国房价连涨了7个月。
