得很清楚，有兴趣的可以去，就这几天的时间，下周末估计就不多了。
另外，附近405 的5号口出去海边的公园停车场的红叶也很好看。上周末树上很漂亮，
现在落了不少，不过地上挺漂亮的，树上也还有不少。 |

在我们预算以内倒还有过得去的房子，走405去Bellevue上班也不算太远。
就是周边环境差了点，学校也没有北边的好。有没有在那里住的同学说说感觉？环境，
治安，交通，娱乐生活，小学…… 谢谢啦！ |

kennydale elementary评分是8分。
kennydale的房子没有bellevue那么hot,但是也不算多便宜。 房子增幅不如bellevue
的，也是在缓慢的长。 kennydale的房子不难卖。
405下班的时候比较堵，上班还行。 |

个城市建设不怎么好，但是也不是特别差，学校8分也过得去了。最担心的是交通，以
及房子的保值和出售。不过大家对Renton普遍印象不好啊，说明这个地区肯定还是有些
问题的。 |

assigned 高中 （Hazen Senior High School）6分。
如果gifted program在这边，说不定再过几年初中评分也会高一些。 kennydale
的小学和初中距离不远，放学时间我见过一些这里的初中生，也是白孩子为多。
city正在renton highland P&R那里盖after school，快建成了。估计对吸引更多
小孩子来这里读书也有帮助。 |
