NY到2014年，3巨头的合同 62.4 M ,加上林的9.3 M + KID的3M ； 这5个人工资就

慢慢可以恢复，可一个月过去了，才好了六成的样子，单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很

repeat）位点
大概三个月前测的是这个位点是homozygous有6个repeat
然后最近重新解冻另外一个stock，start cell culture，测量同样的位点，居然成了
heterozygous，一半仍然6个repeat，另外一半成了10个repeat；反复做了很多遍，换
了所有的reagent生怕是contamination，但结果还是一样。
问了lab technitian，这个neuroblastoma在我们实验室都是一样的来源，他也怀疑这
个repeat是不是dynamics的
三个月前的cell line的passage不记得了
最近这个cell line的passage大概是p10
我想问下，cancer cell line的genome microsatellite难道真的会传代传着传着就发
生了变化？如此不稳定？ |

那可能align之后，default的输出结果可能有几种情况
1）两个read都在repeat区域，那每个read都会输出排名靠前的几个alignment，无法确
认具体是genome里哪个repeat
2）其中一个read能map到repeat边缘的unique区域，那么这个read能输出unique
alignment。另外一个read输出排名靠前的几个alignment，这个可以通过自己写的小脚
本只选择离unique mapped read最近的那个alignment。
3）两个read都是map到unique区域，这个就没有问题了。

Grey zone: 45 < CGG repeats < 55
Premutation: 55 < CGG repeats < 200
