repellent的主要成分是DEET，没什么味道，驱蚊效果也不错。另外，如果你想用天然
成分的repellent，推荐一个牌子，叫Ecosmart，walmart也有卖的，在garden区，不过
walmart卖的是insecticide,没有repellent，你可以到他的网站上看看：http://www.ecosmart.com/products/
这个牌子的insecticide和repellent用的主要成分是植物的essential oil，杀虫驱虫

我家院子附近有一直有几只Groundhog(土拨鼠)安家，以前就知道它们的洞，
不过一直相安无事，也就没管它们。
可是最近它们来吃我的黄瓜苗了！把我刚刚长大的黄瓜苗几乎吃了个精光。
从网上查到可以买到一些animal repellent把它们赶走，也知道网上哪里有卖。
可是我等不及啊，它们每天都来。我一天也等不及啊，
谁知道local哪里有卖这种东东的？

house，有抽奖。
挺好玩的，但是美中不足的是，被咬了一身的包，一点都不夸张，数了数，有30多个，
是我这辈子被咬的最重的一次。2天过去了，还是又痛又痒，中间买了anti itch的药膏
，好像是benydrol的？但是基本没有什么用，所以想如果有什么事前预防的repellent
就好了。
大家有什么建议吗？关于防蚊药？ |

在浴缸里一次，今天早晨poop在了litterbox旁边的地上。
舒克大部分时间会在litterbox里解决问题，所以我很确定舒克会用litterbox，那他为
什么还会尿在别的地方？不是pee一点点mark地盘那样，是整个一大泡尿全都pee在外面
。。。是喵有洁癖么？新妈好忧郁，我每天清理litter至少一次啊。。。喵吃喝都挺好
的，淘气咬东西我还能慢慢调教，就是这个问题现在不知道要怎么办才好。。。
我担心是因为litterbox比较小，所以打算再去买一个litterbox放在浴室试试。我担心
舒克以后还会pee在之前pee过的地方去，怎么才能彻底去除他的尿味儿呢？求推荐清洗
产品。如果这样还不行的话，我只能采取极端办法让俩喵远离浴室了，cat repellment
管用么？我买了pet smart的stay off spray完全没效。

好些情况不是刚学了lead的时候我就自动自己能处理的。比如
1. 如果一条lead的路线，上去以后发现太难，你不能到顶，怎么尽可能把尽量多的
gear取回来。知道自己可能不能到顶就带个bail binner
2. multi-pitch中间把唯一的atc掉下去了，你能不能不用保护器repel下来
3. repel的时候绳子各种情形地挂在树上，卡在石头缝里
4. 如何使用prusik
5. 就你和你的partner, 爬到一半突然意识到绳子中间过了belayer的保护器了
6. repel下去了才发现绳子够不到地
7. repel完了，把绳子抽出来了才发现绳子另一头的结忘了解开，卡在repel ring上了
8. 是否每次跟新的partner爬的时候确认climbing call
。。。。
这还光是sports lead。trad lead注意事项更琐碎

REPELL DOWN。 但那个报告也提到他们REPELL出了很多危险的状况。W 提议我们可以
SNOW BOLLARD REPELL (至少直径6英尺，深达1英尺)。我们先在中间挖出一个，W放入
绳子调整试好之后发现长度根本不够连一半都够呛。放弃这个BOLLARD, 我们又往右边
尽量挪得靠近岩石，重新挖好另一个，试绳之后发现可以REPELL到2/3处。 我先REPELL
, 在剩下1/3 down climb时还是滑坠，幸好很快就self rescue 停住。从winnies
slide到white salmon glacier 有一段乱石要穿越，结果穿着crampon背着背包的我就
不小心失去平衡摔了个结结实实的脸朝下，两个膝盖很快红肿淤青，下巴也磕破一小块。 |

崖下面就是清澈深蓝的湖水，非常漂亮。climbing season在每年夏季，即使七月份有
时候都会很冷。今年Labor Day总算赶在天冷之前去了一次。Approach大约半小时，
guide book上都会有warning说Lion's Head是serious climbing。原因一个是5.10以下
的线就几条，大部分路线都是5.10-5.12的overhang；而且绝大部分的线路都要从上面
repel，然后hanging belay。最好跟有经验的人一起去，否则如果repel的地方没找对
就郁闷了。因为在trail上看不到belay anchor，要repel下去十几米才能看到。belay
anchor都在下方攀爬的起点。
guide book上说如果repel下去又没能力爬上来，就要花两个小时从下面走上来。实际
上prusik up就可以了，10分钟就好。只是一个人挂在下面挣扎，上面的人又看不到发
生了什么，比较郁闷。我的第一个aid cl |
