stress得最厉害同时周围肌肉相对最weak得关节,所以膝盖相对来说是一个很不stable
的关节。所以,想要加强膝盖stability,需要加强膝关节周围的肌肉来保护运动时对
膝盖的损伤,而锻炼那些肌肉,需要正确的方式和度,如果不正确,会适得其反。
而我这个人特别讨厌单一的运动,例如weight training啊,跑步啊,脚踏机啊什么的
,这些都太单一,太repetitive,太solitary了。我喜欢在一个身体受到
comprehensive的锻炼的运动项目中得到运动,和多人一起进行的运动,也就是team
sports和competitive的运动。
所以我在想攀岩的时候是否可以锻炼到膝关节周围的肌肉,因为攀岩是非爆发性的运动
,不像网球,羽毛球,篮球那样,不需要在很有friction的地板上突然刹住脚步转换方
向和身体重心,对膝盖很frequent,很突然的造成shock和stress。。。
小时候暑假没事做的时候曾经天天游泳8小时,后来也参加过游泳队当过救生员,其实

就拿三磅的小哑铃

toning上肢非常好
应该也算得上有氧
这个家里就可以练
2.kickboxing
这个P90X里面就有
也是家里就可以练
3.spinning
这个是我在gym的regular项目
快慢结合不同的resistence levels
有点HIIT的感觉
我觉得堵锻炼心肺非常好 |

这两年慢慢有了进步,可是重量上去后感觉关节的筋键(手腕,肘,肩...)有酸痛的感
觉,我甚至觉得那已经成为重量平台的主要原因。
我也就是野练,没有什么personal trainer可以问问,究竟除了练肌肉还要同时练关节
