review之类大段的用在book chapter上吗？还有实验结果和数据分析可以直接用吗？需
不需要rephase？
结构上肯定是会有些变化的，而且也只会是节选论文中的某些章节，不知道具体的文字
需不需要重新写。 |

So if the I do
SET @SQL = 'Wrong SQL command'
EXEC(@SQL)
and I want to capture the error message
There are some types of errors that'll stop the query execution, so I can't
even get the @@error after the execution.
Anyway, I am going to have to use the OnError event for that SQL Task in
SSIS. I was trying to avoid it because I have a lot of SQL Task in this
package.

中间的子就不用了,
那么某个过去状态表示为:s0="12112231".
当出现一个新状态时,比如s1="31121122",
令s2 = s0 + s0 = "1211223112112231".
如果在s2里能找到s1,那么s1=s0.
如果,新状态s1="13221121",
在s2里不能找到s1.则,s1逆序为s11="12112231"
如果在s2里能找到s11,那么s1=s0.
这样,位数不止8个时,也很容易编程实现. |

I'd like to rephase what I said - when one wants to quit a job (in this case
, a job at big 4) as he doesnt feel like doing it but he cannot because he
doesnt afford to lose sth else (getting the greencard, in this instance),
sth that he sees more important, it sucks.

一些心得和大家分享下,希望能有些帮助.也给广大找工作的同学鼓鼓劲,最近药厂/CRO
工作机会还是有的.好好找，一定可以。最近拿到２个on site，还有些recruiter找上
门。背景是FRESH PHD＋半年多startup company experience.
关于投简历,网投和找熟人投都可以,都能被看到。当然有networking是最好的，可以直
接到HM手里。
写简历时多看job description，简历要切中招聘重点，突出你的相关经历。可以适当
渲染，但不要把不会的东西或不擅长的东西夸大。HM在Phone Interview时，会根据你
的简历来问问题，如果你写了很多expetise，但具体technical问题时回答不上来，是
会扣分的。
Phone Interview,有时会有突击面试，这次就是。要随时准备好。准备分几个方面，一
个是根据Job 要求，多看看相关知识，看他们自己的paper，一个是根据自己的CV，多
准备一下他们可能会问你的问题，比如你的以前RESEARCH,PHD PROJECTS,WORKING
