最近和几个朋友一起做了一个project，实际上就是Github与Hacker News的mashup，我
们自己用的感觉蛮好，希望与大家分享。
Hacker News是很好的科技信息来源，但信息量太大，我们就想开发一个工具来帮助自
动筛选我们感兴趣的新闻通过邮件发送过来。我们是通过每个人在Github已经Star的项
目作为关键词（这些star的项目就是每个人的兴趣所在），寻找每天在HN上出现的相关
新闻，然后再筛选出我们觉得有意义的信息整理在每天的digest email里（嫌邮件太多
的朋友也可以选择weekly）。
我们在国内的几个科技论坛也介绍了这款产品，大家反应还不错。在这里也想提供给海
外所有关注开源软件以及前沿技术趋势的朋友。

这个是一次翻转之后，矩阵1的个数的最大值。
只用返回这个6就行了。
面试的人说他可以只用两个变量来完成。
我跪了之后想了很久。
可以只便利数组一次。
纪录 1出现的次数 n1
一个counter ，如果 0出现 counter 加加，如果1出现，counter 减减.counter小于0
就直接纪录为0。找到counter变化过程中的最大值。
返回n1 加 counter 最大值。

孩。你软jira jira没有，PM PM没有，周五人家走人了script还在改呢，说能周五完成
code，怎么可能，你当不要测了，本来做好打算接烂摊子，反正也不会很难到时候慢慢
搞就是了。
好，人家人走了，就把code repository给我就完了，啥requirement都没有，我知道你
这个毛玩意，我就知道了数据库哪个，页面是做图表的，半成品一个。
然后你软麻痹烙印来找我说这个要周一demo为什么到现在没弄好，问我有屁用，就算给
你弄，老子也要看code怎么调format和调数据，特别是先要弄清楚你这个麻痹业务逻辑
是啥，没人给我解释过。
然后把管我项目的你软烙印找来说为什么交接这样，要我做好不做好不能走，都周五下
班时间了，你麻痹cosmos的job也是早上才调好submit的，数据不到周六更本出不来。
去你妈蛋，直接和他说这个不可能，我刚接让我今天加班给你搞定，你当我奴隶，义正

如果只有一两千比较trivial的程序，可以等别人问coding
samples的时候，提供出来。如果有五千到上万行，
可以直接列在简历上，是亮点。bitbucket 的private 还是
public 可以在setting里任意切换。 其实老板一般当成
coding samples看看。
绝对不能把公司的非开源程序放在上面。 |

dependency was only effective at compile time. You probably have some pre-
v14 guava as default in your repository which is used at run time.
One possible hack is to explicitly specify the guava version in you pom,
assuming you can find a version that works.
Another idea is to repackage a proper version of guava for the spark-
cassandra-connector using the shade plugin.

1。 要学一些新的技术。 Java已是老掉牙的东西，知道这的人多了去了，你一个新手
如何与人竞争？新技术相对来说竞争者少些，市场上比较紧缺，热门，这样你找工作的
机会就会大些。
2。 不用拿一个什么计算机学位，太花时间了， 找工作靠的是真本事，有一个学位只
代表你受过系统教育，不代表你真正的动手能力。
3。 一个新手找工作的最大困难在于没有实际经验，所以你学的东西一定要帮你马上能
上手。
楼主不妨学习这样一些技术：
1. AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
2. NodeJS
3. NoSQL database (such as Couchbase, MongoDB, etc.)
4. SQL query
5. Git (GitHub)
#1 is for web front-end development

我个人的建议，如果测定是，就要利用资源，我在小学实习见过好的例子也见过不好的。
好的例子是，有个小女孩在一年纪，配了个专门的 speech therapist,专门定时的纠正
帮助她。我在那里的时候，那个小孩的情况已经好转了很多，那个therapist,也计划来
的比以前少了。
一个不好的例子，小学二年级，一男孩，俄国后裔，在去这个charter school 之前就
不断被推荐去申请iep,但是父母认为孩子没事，说他们自己就说话晚，后来被其他学校
拒之门外，来了我实习的这个学校，但是一年后，此孩子已经九岁了，依然在二年级，
而且还不能升级，因为语言障碍，老师多次提议申请iep,家长均拒之。总之，最后的结
果是家长要孩子homeschooling.
根据这两个例子，我个人总结还是要早干预帮助，尤其是有些早期可以治愈的。
可不可以分享一下一些信息。我对这个不了解，有人说是好事，有人说不好。谢谢！ |
