唯一有可能的是要求校方给他一个行政上的reprimand, 要他正式道歉，要校方赔偿全
体华人精神损失，惩罚性赔偿。不管是否能达成协议还是通过法庭，前提都必须是要造
成一定的社会影响。只有这样美国政府才会感到压力，自愿或通过法庭和解。否则就会
像我的案子一样，法庭根本不会跟你讲什么道理，随便编造个理由就把你们的案子撤销
了。
要造成一定的社会影响需要学习黑人的经验。你们都必须做很大的努力，根本不是一封

了。
要造成一定的社会影响需要学习黑人的经验。你们都必须做很大的努力，根本不是一封
信能够感动他们的良心或使他们退缩的。你们要做的是，不仅写信要求，还得去校园里
示威，举标语牌什么的就跟黑人一样，开记者招待会，美国主流媒体不会理睬，但是如
