responsibilities are both 0.00。造成这种问题是因为他们reprocess很慢。但到下

[摘要] 发展快堆核能系统（快堆及其闭式燃料循环）可以充分利用铀资源，并实
现废物最少化，从而确保核裂变能的可持续发展。当前正在推进的由“第二代”核电技
术向 “第三代”的过渡，总体上可以说是“今天”的核电产业的技术升级工程。核能
科技的发展战略不仅要抓好“今天”的核电产业的技术升级，而且要重视“明天”的核
能产业的技术开发，为“明天”的核能产业商用化做好技术准备。所以，尽快启动我国
快堆核能系统的技术开发具有极其重要的战略意义。
快堆的核燃料闭式循环包括热堆乏燃料后处理、快堆燃料制备、快堆乏燃料后处理
等。我国对快堆燃料制备技术研究刚刚开始，快堆乏燃料后处理的研究迄今尚未启动。
为了在2035年前后实现快中子堆核能系统的商用化，快堆燃料闭式循环的研究开发
应与快堆同步进行。应当在充分借鉴国外经验的基础上，尽快论证并提出我国快堆燃料

我跟老公去年7月搬到这里，12月28日去做annual physical check。老公的保险是100
％ coverage within network; 80％ coverage out of network, plus 500
deductible per person。
两个人的常规检查而已，2月收到账单，加起来要1100多。
先打电话给health insurance company，说是因为out of network了（500＋500＋20％
＝1100多）。但是我们去之前确定了，当场也确定了，是within network的，一番艰难
沟通，保险公司说Waltham Family Medicine bill错了，用的是"Newton Wellesley

one at each of the six reactors, plus a shared pool) and in a dry container
storage facility (containing nine casks).
Water in the spent fuel pools is used to cool the spent fuel rods and provides
shielding for about 10 to 20 years. More than 3 m water is needed to keep the dose rate below the acceptable level. After that, the spent fuel will be put

，当地群众对于“核废料”有恐惧抵触情绪，以至于2016年8月闹出连云港市的聚众反
对事件，所以不宜选择这些地区建设后处理厂。
其实，最适合此项目的地点就是位于甘肃省的404基地厂区，现在西北中低放射性固体
废物处置场就位于此处。中核集团404厂是我国的核工业老基地，产业基础好，相关经

U238可以合成钚239.钚239部分参与链式反应，但spent feul还会有不少钚239，
reprocess以后加入以后的燃料棒了继续利用。这样U235,U238核裂变都用上了，钚就是

我觉得可以再argue一下，既然有很多ob说是常规的，可以和保险argue说是常规检查，
我上次有个账单也是开始拒付，后来打电话过去换了个客服，他们主动就给reprocess
，然后付了。 实在不行再和诊所说说，至少看看能不能不付全价，只付那个保险公司
的contract price，会少很多的，本来如果保险cover的话，诊所也只能收到这个折扣
后的价格。 |

来一张“this is not a bill”，我这边又叫"statement of costs"；然后再一个月左
右来一张正式的bill。我看到的一般两个数值没什么差距。
我是急性子，所以上次一接到"this is not a bill"，看到有问题，就打电话去保险公
司申辩了，也很快reprocess了。 想的是不是等它生成了bill之后，重新处理起来要更
复杂（不是说真的“复杂”，就是不能高估保险公司的应激能力）⋯⋯

The regular B超 your doctor do during the office visit should not be billed.
They should only bill for office visit, not billed separately for
ultrasound. Othwise you should ask doctor not do ultrasound.
I would suggest you call the doctor to ask them change the orignal bill for
those office visits or find you some medical reasons to allow UHC to

你是生孩子，所以无法决定哪个麻醉师。
办法就是给你保险公司解释，让他们reprocess，如果不行，打电话给你账单的billing
center，和他们说明情况，让他们和你保险公司联系协调。
我最后就是让医院和保险公司协调弄好的，最后4000美金的账单，最后就付了100。 |
