费。 我是属于第一次EAD，但是initial EAD减免申请费的(c)(9)不包含在内。而且说
所有人都要缴纳$85的biometric fee。 晕了。。。

多的，连自己的学生都可以，APPROVER比较少，一个部门不同级别的可以有３-５个。
教授也是APPROVER但仅限于APPROVE自己LAB的REQUISITIONS，这种就是些便宜的
SUPPLIES，大的设备才会要HEAD 或者经理APPROVE。 如果所有采购REQUSITION和
APPROVAL都他一个人干。。确实很不合理啊。
对付懒散STAFF只有BY PASS找ALTERNATIVE了，再看看系里有别的人可以帮忙ORDER不，
可以的话找HEAD是可以BY PASS的。如果没别人做，就疲劳轰炸，EMAIL，CALL，WALK
IN。还得陪上好脸色，买杯咖啡啊之类的。 SET UP LAB确实要很久，清理房
间还不容易啊，系里不找人，自己动手找两VOLUNTEER好了。到是FACILITIES的人比较
难约。跟别的部门打交道就得混个脸熟，搞好关系，找到自己的人。以后干啥都方便。
学校就这个体制，机构庞大，事情繁多，不盯着点有的活可能在别人桌上躺个把月。。 |

每个月的变化不就差不多是USCIS处理的申请案件数目了吗？

老婆在工作中遇到了恶心的巴基斯坦老板，我们都没有太多工作斗争经验，上来求助大
家。
首先这个巴基斯坦人是做project management出生的， 由于会琉须拍马当上了这个
manager的位置。我老婆组是做data analysis的，需要很多technique background才能
理解别人/它组发来的request, 然后分析得到结果返还给别人。他不仅没有做过类似的
工作，也没有这方面的基本知识。 他们组刚组建不久，以前专门有个tech team来
support, 现在是直接组内运行。 这样问题就来了，这个巴基斯坦人常常错误理解别人
request, 然后交给我老婆她们做，有时候下面的人就提不同意见，但是他为了保持组

In my company, sharing codes are not required, but it is a common practice.
Usually, when an analyst completes an analysis, (s)he will provide the resul
t as well as the whole set of codes to both coworkers and requetors. In thi
s way, coworkers are able to do similar things, and also, requestors can mod
ify the codes and do it on their own in the future.
