" or "maximum". A couple of PDs told us that it won't hurt by sending four
letters if a program "requires" three letters. The worst case is that the
program ignores the forth letter, but many PDs will read it. |

律上規定公司必須證明該工作沒有美國人能勝任。所以我們必須非常的小心。但是我們
也同時看到一些已批准的PERM﹐其Job decription 及Requirements都极其簡單。 我很
難想像出如此的工作要求會沒有美國人能勝任。但是因為整個PERM的申請是一種所謂的
良心制度。除非DOL將來Andit, 否則DOL是不會追究的。但是一旦DOL追究起来后果将是

順便提到以前以Tradition方式申請的勞工卡。如果沒有轉到RIR (昨天是最後
一天) ﹐將來在做Recruitment時﹐所有的申請人簡歷都必須送到DOL﹐
如此DOL可以督查公司整個Recruitment 的過程。如果有一個申請人符合資格﹐ 这個LC
就进行不下去。我們曾看到2001，2002年的Computer人員LC還在Backlog centers。 四

现IL从14年开始把超速超过26迈归类为Class B misdemeanor, 重则可能有jail time，
而且可能影响外国人的身份问题（她是H1B）。鉴于她这次是初次拿ticket,想请教一下

又亮了， 是不是实际上应该是5000 mile一换油？ 现在需要换嘛？

距离上一次service不到3个月，但是这期间出去旅游比较多，跑了快4k迈。
周末换了机油，然后系统自检: engine oil life 100%
现在汽车技术发展了，跟手机短信似的，有自助式电脑提示。买菜车也不例外。 |
