首先，新开的debt要到至少一个月之后才会出现在credit report上，也就是你的第一
个billing statement出来之后。所以你现在根本不用担心你的DTI.
其次，银行不会无缘无故去rerun credit.除非你的processing超过3个月，现在的
report过期了。因为rerun credit之后他们还要花时间再重新看你的case.不过这一点
对于FHA loan，不是十分确定。十分好奇为什么要做FHA，难道credit不好?
如果真的会rerun你的credit，上面一定会多一个inquiry from家具店。你就写一封信
说你在shopping around家具就行了。越简单越好。 |

需要一个service能够接收publisher publish的content, 一旦这个内容有变化，

这么大这么复杂的东西，出故障是“a part of everyday life”
不出毛病才是异常
这个不是管理员的错，比如一台机器出故障的概率是1/10^4，就是跑28年才坏一次，算
是很不错了吧?
10^5个这样的compute node联在一起，你再算一下整个系统里某处出故障的概率。2天
不出错，大概就是中六合彩的概率了。
俺曾经也是在这个行当里混的，用软件来做容错和自动恢复
已经对用户掩盖了绝大部分的故障了
但是，时不时的出点问题，或者job rerun也是没办法的事情。习惯了就好 :) |

昨天一哥们贴的，不知道真假，但是跟新闻报道的理由是一致的，这种烂英文恐怕也不
容易编出来吧？
本来申诉的常识就是“以事实为依据，以规则为准绳”，先列事实，再拿田联规则一条
条往上套，然后再说明为什么我们的申诉是合理的。前面田联规则都分析烂了，尼玛这
几条申诉跟田联规则有一毛钱关系吗？
这申诉通篇就在说，我要这个我要那个，却完全不说为什么依据规则我们的要求是合理
的。
运动员苦练多少年就被这群连话都说不利索，连基本常识都没有的官员们轻易断送了机

jay的节目在prime time，竞争激烈得多。把talk show放到prime time本来就是新鲜事物，而且他只得到了4个月比conan的7个月还要短。本来等到CSI那些大牌节目进入rerun季节，他的收视率还是很有希望反弹的。不过nbc的地方台给了nbc很多压力，nbc等不起了才不得不把jay的节目给停了。
说到底是nbc不得不在两个人中间取舍。因为jay的tonight show多年的第一，押宝到jay身上可以理解。如果nbc想撤掉jay，jay也没有办法。不能指望像jay这样的工作狂主动退出的，他要是退了十有八九会跟bear bryant一个下场。这也就是joe pa80多了还不退休的原因。钱对jay不是主因。nbc要赶他走肯定比把conan赶走花费更大，而且jay去fox之类的地方找个活也不是难事。

播剧的晚上，11:30档的脱口秀也会有较高的收视率。比如CSI的成功就一定程度上帮助
了CSI新剧播出当晚的Letterman。毕竟Local News大同小异，看哪个台都一样，很多人
就不换台了。脱口秀也大同小异，对非铁杆支持者来说，看Letterman还是看Jay还是看

number look like then decide. If you still get 5%, not that attractive in my
view, but if you have passion to invest in property (bet on appreciation
