check之前要你填的employment history的表,那个表不要和实际有出入就行.
搂住可能是怕如实填和简历有出入,其实那些第三方公司才不管你的简历. |

前几天电话申请了OPT加急，5天内收到了回复，大概意思是补材料。还说仅仅是offer
letter是不够的，必须indicate offer will be rescinded after a specific date,
要求2天内给材料。
我在网上查了下，很多人给了offer letter就可以，但是我这个case明确说了必须
offer letter说offer 可能会cancel等等（反正就是说的严重点）。请问这种情况应该
怎么处理呢？我要不要给公司的HR说一下，请他们开一封信说明，希望我按时入职等等
。请大家帮我想想办法吧，谢谢啦！ |

好不容易找到下家（同学们，09年找老师，找得到就不容易啊，所有的town都在cut
budget）
然后转H1，当时我自己的律师（公司钦定的）不肯走灵活路线（非要学校出那个$850-
学校是非赢利，那$1500不用出），结果找了个版上放照片做广告的无良律师，差点把
好好的offer给搅黄了。
当时那个无良货给我老婆打电话说，要做好准备，学校可能要rescind offer, 你们能

fraud了申请），所以通常情况就是你离开公司，公司会向USCIS报告说人走了，所以I-
140要withdraw,这样USCIS就会向你REF,问你要employment verification letter,应为
根据AC-21,申请人可以在485 pending 180 days后换工作，只要满足新找到的工作跟

烙印的帖子我也看了，本帖中提到的案子最终提供AC21后 rescind就撤销了。
排期是用来assign visa number的，这个是guidline, 但不表示所有PD current的485
都会马上分配visa number,同样，485 PD 当前的申请当VO申请了visa Number后PD no
longer current时，485 被审批了也是valid的。

google rescind green card error会发现很多例子,
有的人是vo把他的eb3当eb2处理,用错了排期,
还有好像08年的时候有个人打电话进去人家告诉他有1000多类似的案子.
但google看下来,在论坛上私下讨论的例子里最后好像都化险为夷了,
有的象楼上那个trackitt的补交材料,有的只是说是delay of process(虽然那个楼主确
信自己怎么着都不符合).
但是google到大部分的移民咨询网站好像都是强烈建议找律师帮忙解决.

年内发现，USCIS保留rescind绿卡的权力。我从来没有听说过绿卡发下来前有

再get everything back on track?
否则的话，你可以等到拿到卡了，看看卡上怎么说啊。。。比如你是eb26还是eb37之类
的。

因为我的RFE很简单（只有med），她认为very unlikely是批错了，但是如果我要加保
险可以做infopass，local officer会给我一些guidance. 这些年这位律师大人虽然回
信慢点，但是所有的事情都还是靠谱的。
我的RFE是 June 06，
CIS收到RRFE 是June 16。
trackitt 上有烙印的case也是倒退批卡，CIS说没错。倒是有不是倒退的情况PD差了几
天批卡的case，一年以后CIS发intent to rescind,重新485 pending，中间换了工作的
要提交AC21，期间进出美国倒没有影响。
还是打算做一个infopass，可是约不上啊 郁闷 |

书面offer签好再提j表的事，到时候应该没有问题吧？！
给offer的公司其实平时是给人办h1b的，不像我们这行前两大的公司绝对不给办h1b。
如果是前两大的offer估计hr都不敢签j表吧 |
